Braki w wyposażeniu na 6 osób, sztućce, kileliszki, kubki.

Lokalizacja jest największym atutem mieszkania.Na plus oczywiście 3 pokoje i wygodne łóżka, osobna kuchnia.
Niestety mieszkanie reklamuje się jako z ogrodem, ale mieszkanie jest na 3 p, budynek bez windy.Dodatkowo ogród to kawałek ziemi od strony podwórka i nie nadaje się to na wypoczynek. Nie ma tam strefy do wypoczynku. W łazience jest bardzo słabe swiatlo, dosłownie nic nie widać, toaleta po bokach brudna, w kuchni brakuje otwieracza, nożyka ostrego, do mikrofalówki trzeba stanąć na krześle tak wysoko.
