Great location

The apartment is located right in the heart of Toruń’s old town. We decided to visit very last minute and were happy to find such a nice place, so close to the town square and Christmas Market. Everything looks just like the photos online and is just as described. Easy directions explaining where to park at a nearby parking lot, how to access the apartment building, and how to find the keys to enter the apartment.

Other reviewers have mentioned no kitchen towels; we also couldn’t find a smaller towel for the very tiny toilet room, so we used a bath towel. These small inconveniences didn’t really impact our stay—unlike the incredibly loud holiday party in a neighboring apartment. That ruined our experience. My husband and I agreed in our contract to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Evidently, full time residents don’t live by the same rules. Loud technopop music was blasting at this neighbor’s party from 9:30 (21:30) till about to 3:00am. I reached out to our host at 2:00am to ask for suggestions on how to handle the situation. I honestly didn’t expect him to be awake (I wish I wasn’t), but he never responded. No apology or offer to refund part of our 550zl fee for a one night stay—which we all assumed would be spent sleeping. Instead, we spent 5 hours of our “quiet time”, unable to sleep, listening to endless, pounding synthesized music. I realize this might have been an isolated incident. I hope it was. But for possible future guests, be forewarned what you might experience—and that the host, once you’ve paid for your stay, might choose not to communicate with you about problems you face while in his rental.
