Bliskość starego miasta, parking na miejscu. Odpowiednią ilość pościeli i ręczników. Otrzymaliśmy batoniki na poczęstunek. W mieszkaniu była też woda, ale nie skorzystaliśmy.
Zapach starej kamienicy, brak rolet i moskitier w oknach, więc po otwarciu okna wieczorem do mieszkania wlatywało robactwo, więc nie można było w pełni wywietrzyć pomieszczeń. Bardzo malutka kuchnia, kuchenka turystyczna już bardzo stara i śmierdziała przy użyciu. Żółta zasłonka była brudna i była w niej dziura. Kanapa była już wysłużona i twarda, osoba śpiąca na niej skarżyła się na niewygodę. Nie otrzymaliśmy czystego zmywaka do naczyń tylko były w nim widoczne fusy po kawie.
