Location and space. Ideal for 4 adults, with ample parking and well located for points of interest.

Lack of storage for downstairs double bedroom (hanging) - we managed as used upstairs single but a bigger party would struggle. Downstairs bed uncomfortable.

Grass well cut and tidy.

Chalet not very clean, rubbish left in bins in both bathrooms, hair left in downstairs shower. Rubbish left behind settee. Generally grubby all-round. Cistern in upstairs toilet difficult to stop flushing, shower riser bar clamp broken. Venetian blind rod to close blind missing in two bedrooms. Didn't have any hot water for 20 hours due to thermostat tripping on emersion heater. Not a quick response from maintenance team. Very noisy hot water pump, needs to be sound insulated. Chalet requires a lot of attention.
