Breathtaking and memorable.

The property is quiet, beautiful, and had everything we wanted for a brilliant getaway.

great views, worth the extra few mins walk to the town centre, great staff and facilities.

The hotel was very nice, the views were great, the walk to the town centre was very quick ( 5 mins to the lake edge) though it is uphill on the way back. The staff could not have been more helpful and the facilities were everything you could ask.

we had a suite with terrace, the second bedroom was small with a single bed which we weren't expecting, but it was fine for our purposes. The room itself , while clean, had a lot of dust bunnies (I got the impression that the hotel had just reopened after being closed for several months)

Overall nice hotel

Great location, outstanding staff, nice pool area. Fantastic view from the balcony. Air conditioning worked very well.

Overall, very nice experience.

We booked a junior suite with balcony overlooking the lake. The fridge was big and contained a lot of different refreshments and a couple of snacks. Bathrobes and flipflops were available in the room for use in the wellness area. Breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from.

Even though we noticed that a lot of the hotel customers are German we wish more English was spoken and less German. Even when we spoke in English we were talked back to in German. We felt a bit left out.

Beautiful and luxurious spa hotel to properly relax

The breakfast was super delicious and the fantastic staff fulfilled every need. The hotel has a cute spa area of the hotel which we enjoyed very much. The hotel offered a gala dinner à EUR 30.00 per person with live music and aperitif! We received a delicious 5 meal course for a very great price. We consumed our meal by the pool and it was the most romantic dinner ever. The hotel staff was very flexible and helpful. I would always want to come back!

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but with the guests. My boyfriend is an african man and he was stared at quite a lot which made him feel uncomfortable.

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel nahe an der Altstadt (maximal 5 Gehminuten). Ein wunderbarer Pool in einer traumhaft grünen Oase. Das sehr familiäre Ambiente. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das sehr freundliche Personal. Die kleine Obstschale nachmittags am Pool

ein rundum gelungener, ganz sponanter, Volltreffer für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage und ist doch nur 3-4 Min. Gehzeit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ich konnte mich im Hotel und am Pool bestens entspannen. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind äußerst gepflegt. Das Frühstück, resektive die Auswahl an Fleisch und Wurstwaren, waren vielleicht etwas einseitig, reichte mir aber völlig. Obst und Gebäck wurden auch angeboten. Zudem schön kalten und tollen trockenen Sekt, der auch gern erneuert wurde, sobald eine Flasche leer war. Die Kellner wurden etwas zugänglicher, sobald einem die italienischen Wörter für gute Morgen, Bitte, Danke über die Lippen kamen. Am Empfang wurde ich sehr freundlich, und auch auf deutsch, begrüßt. Ich gab an der Rezeption den kleinen Hinweis, dass im Laufe des Tages, wenigstens alle Stunde mal ein Kellner am Pool vorbeikommen sollte, für den Fall, das kühle Getränke gewünscht werden und man nicht mit nassen Sachen den Barraum betreten muss. Ansonsten war der Service klasse. Obwohl ich Alleinreisender war, muss der Service am späten Abend noch mal ins Zimmer gekommen sein, denn es brannte ein Teelicht in einem Gefäß. Ein nette Geste, wie ich finde. Auch die Massage, die ich in Anspruch nahm, fand ich sehr wohltuend und entspannend. Eine Verlängerung der Message, gegen Aufpreis, war auch kein Problem.

unbedingt Duschgel mitbringen, da es nur kleine Fläschchen von Haarwaschmittel gibt

Sehr gepflegtes kleines Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool. Kurzer Weg zur Strandpromenade. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit eindeutiger Weiterempfehlung und dem Wunsch wieder zu kommen.

Das Frühstuck war sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee und die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Die Hotelfassade und der Garten toll gepflegt und auch wunderschön. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe. Es waren immer nur paar Leute gleichzeitig im Pool, wenn überhaupt), sodass man entspannt schwimmen konnte. Der Whirlpool ist leider nicht gegangen, dafür gibt es im Pool per Knopfdruck auslösbare Massage-Wasserstrahler. Das Personal war super freundlich und die meisten haben fließend Deutsch gesprochen (insbesondere die Damen an der Rezeption).

Leider sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt... Im Bad war an der Sitzbank ein Stück Fließen abgebrochen, sodass ein Loch zu sehen war. Der an der Wand befestigte Föhn hat nicht funktioniert, es gab zum Glück einen Ersatzföhn, der aber im Wandschrank im Flur "gut versteckt" war und nur per Zufall gefunden wurde. Ein Paar mal Geschirr mit abgebrochenen Kanten gehabt, was eigtl. leicht vermeidbar wäre (gehört aussortiert). Sind Kleinigkeiten die ggf. mit verhältnismäßig wenig Aufwand beseitigt werden könnten.

Erholsame Tage in einem besonderen Hotel

Uns hat hier eigentlich alles gefallen, das familiengeführte Hotel, die nette Bedienung, der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool, das ausgezeichnete Abendessen und Frühstück.

In unserem Zimmer ( ebenerdig mit Terrasse ) könnte eine kleine Renovierung des sanitären Bereichs nicht schaden. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau
