Sehr sauber, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Familienzimmer sind sogar 2 getrennte Räume, aber man muss durch das eine Zimmer durch, um ins Bad zu gelangen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ausreichend Parkplätze, Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Kein Restaurantbetrieb.

Gastgeber waren freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit.
Raucherecke gleich beim Hauseingang, Aufgang zu den Zimmern. Treppenschoner teilweise locker, stirnseitig, wo man leicht hängen bleibt. Übler Geruch in der Gemeinschaftsküche, der sich bis auf den Gang ausbreitet.
