You get what you pay for

It was a room in Klagenfurt - an expensive part of the world. Bathroom clean I slept well

Tiny room, cold, no comfort at all, spartan is the best word. BUT -it was cheap. So basically value for money, just not really nice.

Amazing stay and very friendly staff.

Excellent location in the city centre. Room was much larger than we expected. The staff were very friendly and they also offered us a late check since we arrived late as our flight was delayed. Great stay and great staff. Only breakfast was missing. We had a good restaurant nearby. The adventure was amazing. Thank you.

Overpriced but nice

Its clean and nice, seems “hotel-y” enough, the personnel were very nice, the beds were pretty comfortable although hard as a rock

The price… couldn’t really tell you why it was so expensive. I get that its a hotel, but wow. Also the sushi and bao buns in the downstairs restaurant are NOT WORTH IT.

superb location in the middle of the old inner city and a mere 10-15 min walk from the train station. given the location, its ecellent room rate made it unbeatable value. i arrived very very late at night and the kind staff waited up for me until i had arrived. rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean & tidy.

Nice hotel with minor cons.

Hotel is located in the center of Klagenfurt which is very good. You can take electric scooter to the beach and other landmarks. Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable.

Water pressure in both shower and sink is very low. So it is pretty hard to take shower.

the owner was exceptional . it’s located very central. good food at the restaurant.

the urine stink in the bathroom, broken shower door, trash in the closet, old razor blade on the cabinet in the bathroom.

No wi-fi in the room prevented attending online meetings

The staff was friendly and I had good lunch at the restaurant which is located on the ground floor. The loction is within walking distance of the first parking options.

The wi-fi didn't work in the room, which was extremely frustrating as I had several online meetings to attend. I had to get assistance from the staff to enable me to even connect to one of the networks. There were no publicly accessible networks nor a password provided to guests to connect to one of the private networks. The signal of the network they enabled me to connect to was only available in the lobby. This resulted in me attending my meetings in a public space with lots of noise. I didn't even plan to bring a set of earphones because I was counting on the fact that I'll be attending the meetings in my room. This meant I could only use the laptop speakers, which made it difficult to hear with other guests coming through the lobby.
