The Gasthof was really good with big garden. We were staying with two dogs, very close to the forest. The breakfast was good. We stayed an extra night and they were really helpful.

The wifi is only available in the main building.

Convenient location if traveling by car, clean, friendly and great breakfast buffet.

The location is good and bad at the same time. 5 min walk to the lake and but with an elevated expressway right in front of the property. Windows are soundproof.

In the hotel information was said that there is restaurant on-site. In reality restaurant was closed a year ago and we needed to drive for another place in the evening. Check-in process was so slow.

Reasonable accommodation for short stay

The hotel is situated under highway bridges, thus you hear constant noise inside, but fortunately, windows are quite good and they block the noise once shut. Room was clean but a bit old style. The bathroom had a very small corner shower box but otherwise, the room was normal size. Breakfast was rich with many sweet and savory choices, with fruit, veggies, coffee, tea, juices, and even non-dairy milk option.

We received good information and tips about the local attractions from the hotel staff. When we found out at checking in that the room was too hot and noisy and the shower door was broken the hotel staff offered us a different room.

V helpful staff, went out of their way to find a local restaurant. Two V friendly dogs there. Barely audible motorway noise, the structure of whcih did impede the view of the lake, but that's the only downside. I'd stay there again with pleasure.

Nice hotel close to Klagenfurt and Ironman Austria

Nice hotel very close to Klagenfurt and the lake, only a 5min from the lake, and 20min walk to the main park. Nice little pool. Breakfast buffet is good enough. I stayed for the Ironman and the location is right on the course and you can walk/ride easily to the main race area. Very close to the small town of Krumpendorf, can either walk in 15min or drive in 2min. My room had a little kitchen which was fully equipped - great surprise and perfect if you want to have your own breakfast. House keeping/cleaning was excellent.

Shower/bath did not have a curtain, not so convenient. Walls are quite thin so could hear any noise from people coming back late, although the area is very very quiet, all depends on the other guests ! Breakfast buffet was ok but no plant-based "milks".

I only have one comment. In the building where we were there was no wireless internet reception at all. This is a very important thing for travelers who want to keep in touch with family and business. Please fix it. Other than that excellent value for money. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

We liked the family hotel feeling, you arrived like to grandmums place. Good breakfast and authentic decor for an old hotel.

Wifi was really weak and moody, the beds were too soft and in the bathroom there were the beard shaving leftovers from the previous guest.

C'è qualcosa da migliorare ma comunque rimane una struttura carina,

La possibilità del check in fuori orario e l'addetto che parlava italiano, Eravamo andati in occasione del concerto di Robbie Williams e lo stadio lo abbiamo raggiunto in 30 minuti a piedi, al ritorno abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi perché la via di ritorno è buia.

La colazione era molto sul salato, di dolce c'era meno scelta.

Super Personal. Danke Vitus für die schönen Stunden. Wir kommen wieder. Sept. 2025 Die Gegend rund um den Wörthersee war schon schön, doch das Hotel war der Hammer. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück super. Ein besonderes Lob aber geht ans Personal. Solch einen Rezeptionisten findet man sehr selten. Super hilfsbereit, Nett, erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Rundum alles Super. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Pobyt jednodniowy na trasie do Włoch

Bardzo przyjemny personel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosłownie tuż obok autostrady, a mimo wszystko nie przeszkadzało w pobycie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Blisko bardzo ładne jeziorko, w miasteczku można też nieźle zjeść. Generalnie świetna relacja jakości do ceny. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po trasie.

Gerne wieder

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber gerade dadurch seinen Charme. Die Betreuung durch Hrn. VYTAS (er verdient die Bezeichnung Concierge im besten Sinn) war für uns ein Musterbeispiel für Gastfreundschaft. Hervorzuheben ist die Unterbringungsmöglichkeit der Motorräder in einer versperrten Garage und der Swimmingpool zur Abkühlung nach einer langen Fahrt.
