Cosy stay in the center of town

Nice interiour design, very colourful and with lots of light. Very good bed, friendly staff. Great location.

Great place to stay

Good central location I would def recommend staying here. The rooms are perfect for getting you all the basics. The breakfast is good enough for a travel hotel, There are lots of restaurants close by

I loved the hotel but really missed having a coffee machine inside the room and the coffee machine in the hotel was not available after breakfast. The lack of a small fridge was a bit disappointing.

Quality, well run temporary accommodation just steps from the city centre, with perfect comfort, soundproofing and very helpful receptionists (we had Michele helping us with great patience).

If anyone has a problem with this, it's worth bearing in mind that the air conditioning is centrally controlled between about 6.00 and 22.00, so you can't completely turn it off in the room.

Fantastic

Very well located, modern hotel in Klagenfurt. Small but comfortable rooms, spacious showers, quiet environment. Air conditioning is a bit noisy at night, but can be turned off. Parking is available in the underground car park under the hotel, free street parking from Saturday noon to weekends, there is a car park opposite the hotel, it is best to buy a parking card a few days before your trip, it is the most economical way.

The breakfast is great, but it's the same every day: after the third day it can feel a bit monotonous. For the convenience of guests, a water dispenser could be installed on the floors.

Close to railway station, and old town. Very good breakfast.

Only 2 lifts from reception to rooms on the ground floor. The access to the rooms is quite confusing, and a long walk to the room, in a very large building, having to enter in/out of several doors to get to the room. It appears there has been add-ons to an original hotel. Safety is a concern in the case of emergency, with no direct phone contact to reception nor any emergency button to call for help. A serious safety concern. No safe in the room.

Great choice for a night if you want to see Klagenfurt downtown.

Excellent breakfast. Great ambiance. Very clean overall.

Initally got a wrong room that wasn't clean. Was corrected. Roomkey operates the lift buttons to reach your floor, it's a pain in the ass. Doesn't seem to work as seemlessly as expected.

A good and comfortable hotel

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station and in walking distance of all the town sights. Though it is situated on a main road, the room was soundproofed, so you were not disturbed by the traffic. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also a decent size. They are quite security conscious and you had to use your key card to access the different floors. The staff were friendly and efficient. At breakfast, there was plenty of choice of hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurt, etc

Breakfast was very busy. We did find out that a big concert had been held the night before in the stadium, so do not know if they are always busy at breakfast, or it was just that weekend.

Perfect one night stay in Klagenfurt

Perfectly situated to visit the city, just minutes away from all attractions of the city center in Klagenfurt. We had a smaller breakfast in the coffeeshop that is located on the first floor (Erdgeschoß) right next to the reception. Great coffee and some of the best freshly baked Croissants ever. Gym is new and the room is large enough, all equipment is working and in perfect shape. Staff of the hotel and of the coffee shop very friendly.

All fine. If I had to pick one negative thing than it would be that the hallway doors could be equipped with automatic opening/closing doors. That would help when walking there with luggage and no hands free.
