Enjoy the sunshine in this modern 5 bedroom holiday home for up to 15 guests boasting a private pool and south-facing garden, breathtaking views of the golf course and sea. Relax on the sheltered terrace or fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining and enjoy the ping pong table! Just a 5-minute drive from Marbella and a 10-minutes walk to the beach and the illuminated seaside boardwalk that will take you all the way to Marbella town. Supermarkets and beach bars are both an easy 10 mins walk away.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. For larger groups, comfortable supplementary beds can be installed to ensure sleeping space for up to 15. Master bedroom boasts with a smart TV.

The highlight is undoubtedly the wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and golf course, perfect for dining and chilling, as well as the amazing new modern open plan kitchen and lounge opening directly to the pool area. Fire up the BBQ for some outdoor cooking and enjoy the picturesque views. With plenty of space for everyone, it`s ideal for gatherings and quality time together.

LOCATION & SECURITY
The location is excellent, with the beach and beach bars just a 10-minute walk away. From here, you can stroll along the beautiful seaside boardwalk to Marbella, reaching the town in about 30 minutes. An Aldi supermarket is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk, and the vibrant Puerto Banus is just a short 15-minute drive away. Explore the best of the Costa del Sol from our charming holiday home. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a 24/7 security alarm.

Nearby motorway is audible in the garden, but it`s easy to get used to. It is nice and quiet inside.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

All the bedrooms are prepared with fresh linen and towels.

While the property is all on one floor, please be aware of the 35 steps required to reach the entrance level. The property is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

SERVICES
This amazing holiday home is run by Lirios Village Marbella, a leading hospitality company offering high standard accommodation and excellent services, ranging from daily maid service, groceries shopping, airport transfers and a private chef (IG liriosvillagemarbella).

MAID SERVICE
Direct bookings @liriosvillagemarbella for July and August include one complimentary maid service. The service can also be added to any booking made via online platforms or agents for 125 EUR/day, covering a light clean of the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Fresh linen and towels are available for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee. Make it a holiday for everyone! :-)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange airport transfer for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 19 EUR/person and a minimum 180 EUR fare per transfer applies.

PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.

PARKING
Guests can park free of charge on the street.
1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
10. The villa is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE.
11. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
12. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.

    The villa is great for a get together. Spacious living areas and great outdoor dining space. Great extras such as speaker etc. Eva helped us organise a private chef and a group yoga session and private massage for my aunt on her birthday which I highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Some little negatives to be aware of but would not stop us from visiting again....-anywhere within walking distance must be reached by walking on a very busy highway (behind barriers) but it's scary and we opted for taxis -taxis find it hard to find the villa so uber is easier as it picks up your location but is more expensive. -some areas could do with some tlc, mostly the pool area. - it's already noted that there are lots of steps up/down to the villa. Wasn't a problem for us younger ones but the older ladies found it to be a struggle when trying to carry their luggage or rubbish up to the bins.

    The facilities and the location of the accommodation are as stated in the description and therefore very positive. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the accommodation was great, except for one small problem! During our stay, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Marbella and would definitely come again.

    The villa was spacious and well decorated. Nice garden and great pool area for the kids to hang out. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed our holiday very much. There were some points of feedback. The noise from the road nearby is really loud, you should be aware of that. The cleaning could be better at some points, especially in the kitchen area. Some of the windows do not close well and also there was a room where there were no curtains. There were some issues with the electricity and I think they do not pay enough attention to the fire (safety) restrictions.

    The villa was so amazing and was perfect for what me and my friends were looking for. Lots of space for us to hang around inside and outside and a perfect living area for us all to sit and chat. The rooms were perfect as well with lovely bathrooms and enough showers for us all. Only a 15 minute taxi drive to puerta banus which was amazing for the night life we wanted. The nearest beach was only just a 5-10 minute walk along the road where there was a beach club/ restaurant and then further along was a lovely beach cafe. Overall an amazing place

    We were a party of 11 men, with varying expectations of a week in Marbella. The Property is just that bit too far to walk into Marbella as there is no direct way in. So Taxi's are required which cost around 12 euros each way. The villa itself is spacious and looks nicer on the inside than it does on the outside, Plenty of seating and sunbeds plus a lovely view over the 3rd green of the neighbouring golf course. The main Marbella dual carraigeway is also a main feature of the views but we found we got used to the noise relatively quickly. There is quite a lengthy and steep set of steps to access the villa which would make it rather difficult for those of limited mobility but once in the villa grounds its all on one level. The villa has a lovely deep pool which we enjoyed and a reliable wi-fi which was also appreciated. We found that there were plenty of plates, pans, cutlery etc and it was nice that there were two fridges. Communication was always easy with Eva who owns the property and she was very accomodating in sorting out airport transfers for us. Overall it was a very relaxing week in a nice villa. Played a bit of golf and taxied into Marbella each evening. It aint the Ritz but we were all sad to go when we left. It certainly grew on us.

    From the outset of dealing with Eva the service has been excellent. The property is well proportioned and well maintained.Any issues were dealt with promptly and i would recommend this property for both a group of golfers and families ,as there is 1 double bed and the rest singles.The garden and pool overlook Rio Real golf course with views of the sea also.You do need a car for shopping etc, and also be aware you have to walk up and down 39 steps , but you soon get used to it. If you need a taxi they arrive within minutes .Overall a lovely villa and excellent value , would highly recommend!
