This stunning modern private villa was fully renovated and recently decorated.

The property is perfectly located in a tropical oasis in the heart of Nueva Andalucía in a quiet area walking distance to the glamour of the jet set of the luxurious Puerto Banús which is home to exclusive beach clubs, shops, restaurants and more.

There are 5 bright and spacious, beautifully decorated rooms that form a genuinely peaceful atmosphere (double or single beds) each with its own air conditioning and all with en-suite bathroom.

When it comes to amenities, this place has it all. Air conditioning cold/heat, keyless access, lockbox, perimeter alarm, a set of 3 towels per guest, 5G Wi-Fi, 80 "Smart TV with 1000 channels around the world, Netflix, Spotify, BEIN Sports, USB exits and HDMI outlets.

The house has a spacious kitchen where you will find everything you might need. The large dining table in the open and social living room is perfect for teamwork or introductions. The living room also consists of two large sofa beds to accommodate.

The elegant and quiet garden is a perfect place to be and tan with a perfect pool and an outdoor shower where it can be refreshed. The pool can be heated above 30 degrees for extra charge.

Guest access
The entire property is fully accessible to guests, except for a small storage room. The entire villa is for private use by guests (there are no shared common areas).

The street has free parking spaces.

Other things to note
This property requires a refundable deposit of €300 to cover any loss, damage or breach of house rules, which will be paid after inspecting the property and refunded within 7 days of your departure.

Unless otherwise agreed, please respect standard entry times (after 3pm) and check out (before 11am).

Early check in and late check out is available for an extra fee (typically 50% of Airbnb daily rate; free of charge if we manage your airport transfers).

Toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and trash bags are provided upon arrival, but are not replenished or refilled during your stay.

A hairdryer is available per bathroom.

Keep the property and its belongings safe at all times.

Please inform us immediately if something breaks or stops working so we can try to repair it asap.

Do not flush wipes down the toilet or use towels from the house on the outside or to remove makeup.

Before departure, to avoid spills or bad smells, guests are asked to put the garbage in the garbage bins, located in the street. A large wheeled container is provided for such purpose.
