A screened porch overlooking the heated pool offers lounge seating and outdoor dining. Enjoy a refreshing drink at your private pool and grill your fresh catch in the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas grill, refrigerator, commercial ice maker and bait freezer. Plenty of room to pull out the ping pong table and pool toys are left for your enjoyment. A private boat slip accommodates a boat up to 38 feet and includes a fish cleaning station, free water and shore power. There is space to park your boat trailer on property.
As our guest, you will have access to the nearby Key Colony Cabana Club. The Club has a large pool, full bar, pool side bar and lounge, beach shop, restaurant, snack bar and private beach access. Recreational activities on Key Colony include 4 parks and 2 playgrounds, 9 hole Par 3 golf course (golf club rental available), basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocci, horseshoes and shuffle board, Marina, Charter fishing fleet, dive and tackle shops, shops and restaurants.
