This all ground level 4 bedroom, 3 bath, single family home is located in desirable Key Colony Beach. This home offers a spacious, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large windows throughout, lending it an open and airy feel, full of natural light.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, be advised that exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These cameras are located outside the home and monitor the exterior areas only (e. g. , driveway, front door, backyard). There are NO cameras inside the home.
Security cameras are strictly for security purposes and to ensure guest and property safety.
They do not interfere with guest privacy.

This place was phenomenal. Beautiful pool, any amenity you could need, room to spread out and the warmest pool and spa. We enjoyed our time here so much and hope to visit again next year! This was our first time staying on Key colony and we enjoyed the community so much. The outdoor market was fun and it was great for our kids to bike around without worrying about their safety.
