Our Home:
Bright, spacious single family home with 50 foot step down wood dock and an 80 foot sea wall located on canal. This will accommodate two 25' boats tied up in tandem- (No boat rafting allowed in the canal) or any combination of sizes equal to 50'. Large driveway for ample parking. Concrete house with new furnishings throughout .Freshly painted . Large backyard and Huge 2nd floor screened in porch with dining area. You can access porch from living room area, master suite and the guest bedroom (via walk around porch).

2nd Floor:
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms.
Master bedroom located on 2nd floor has king size bed and private bathroom as well as a walk in closet. The 2nd floor guest bedroom has queen bed and twin trundle. The 2nd floor living room has queen and full size pull out couch beds. The kitchen, dining area and laundry room are located on 2nd floor. All appliances are New! The stove is also has a convection oven option for even heat throughout oven area ( for those who love to bake!!). There is an under counter wine cooler w/ dual settings for white and red wines!. All bedrooms, living room and dining room have sliding glass doors leading to patio and walk around deck.

1st Floor:
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms.
The first room has 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed.
There is a second living room and wet bar that has refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample closet space in each bedroom.
Each bedroom leads out to the rear yard and dock for early morning coffee break. Living room leads to the rear yard and dock.
The Air Hockey table is located in the 1st floor living room!!!!!

Televisions/ Internet:
All bedrooms and living rooms have large flat screen televisions, a cable box and DVD players. The house is equipped w/ High Speed Internet.

Elevator:
There is an elevator from the 1st floor living room to the 2nd floor living room.

Air Conditioning:
Central air conditioning is provided on both levels.
Each level has its own thermostat. This is convenient for each families/couples comfort level.

Club Membership:
Cabana Club membership is included with our house rental. Club has a large pool, beach access and a bar restaurant.

Recreation:
We provide 2- two person KAYAKS w/ life jackets- a must!!!, 2 BICYCLES w/ helmets- (signed wavers for each guest is necessary to use the kayaks and bicycles).
We have an Air Hockey Table for hours of fun at any age. There is a bean bag toss game in the rear yard for outdoor fun.

Swimming Pool:
We installed a 16' x 35' pool w/ sundeck and seating in the pool.

Outdoor Kitchen:
New outdoor Professional BBQ, Dual Burner stove top and sink w/ counter area.
New Bar counter w/ two refrigerators and 8 bar stools. Blue tooth speakers in the bar!

Fishing amenities:
You will have access to a Large outdoor freezer to store your ice and fish. There is a large fish table (cutting board) on the dock. we provide a large white boat cooler to store you bait or food while fishing.

There is also a renters outdoor storage cabinet w/ a padlock to store gear (this is where you will find life jackets, helmets and paddles).
Large Outdoor Ice Maker - makes 80lbs per day
General:
This is a turn key great vacation house which is large enough for 2 families or 2 to 5 couples to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Plenty of space for everyone.

Rates :
$3675.00 to 4500.00 per week (plus fees and taxes)
There different rates for each week depending on the time of year.

FEES:
$500.00 refundable damage deposit
$120.00 non-refundable protection plan fee that will cover accidental damages (up to $5000.00)
$400.00 cleaning fee
12.5% taxes
$25 per day pool heat/cooling
