About this house rental
Great Up/Down duplex in the very desirable Key Colony Beach! This well-appointed 7 bedroom, 6 bath duplex home has room to spare and is the perfect setting for an island get-away.
The upstairs layout includes 3 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 king bedroom (no bathroom) and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with an additional unattached bathroom between the king and twin room.
The downstairs layout includes 1 king master bedroom with ensuite bath and 1 bedroom with two twin beds ...with an unattached bathroom.
This home comes with access to the Cabana Club; its private beach, large pool, bar and grill.
Please note, due to the number of stairs throughout this home it is not suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.
- Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (includes adults and children of any age)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Our stay was great and the house met our needs. The area is a good location and being on the canal was amazing. We boated to dinner one night and probably would have gone out more, but the weather was not the best during our week, so we were limited by that.The communication was top-notch. They had an online guest book where they gave all the information we needed for the house and all instructions for checking in and checking out.We had a larger group where we had both the top and the bottom units. That was nice because we had two refrigerators and two laundry machines.I must say, one of my gripes is the maximum occupancy of the house. they said no guests above that were allowed even for visitors. I’ve never seen that before in the tons of houses I’ve rented. We had friends in the area and felt like we couldn’t have them over for fear of being kicked out. I get it if you’re obnoxious and loud, but that would not have been the case. It appeared like it was a rental company rule. I know Key Colony has their own set of rules, and that’s where it stemmed from, but it was so strict and matter of fact where it felt like there was no compromise. Overall we had a great week.

The house was fabulous. It was perfect size for our family Christmas vacation. My only issue would be that there weren’t any hangers, and the only ironing board that I found was broken.
