This property is a rewarding escape, perfectly situated with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut.
Inside, you’ll find the property presents a roomy primary suite - as well as a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. This single level design sleeps 6+ comfortably and offers 2 spacious guest suites and guest bath. Unwind in the open coastal decor great room, which holds inviting living and dining spaces. The well-equipped kitchen provides gracious counter space and a full suite of appliances including an air fryer, blender, lobster pot, crockpots, and Kurig K-Duo.
If you are looking for a fun day trip, you can visit several State Parks, including Bahia Honda and the National Key Deer Refuge Center. Be sure to explore the Seven Mile Bridge, and check out the sunsets from Mallory Square in Key West!

We took a family vacation for mini season and found this home in key colony it’s in a great neighborhood and very close to great restaurants shops and stores. Had a great dock with easy access to the gulf or Atlantic side.

The house is much better then the pictures on line. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. Large TVs in all the rooms , beautiful pool and outdoor living space. If your on the fence look no further this is the place.
