Take in the views from the large outdoor living area that includes a 65-inch HDTV. Cool off in the heated and chilled saltwater pool with lap lane, splash deck, and 8-person Jacuzzi. Rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower or cabana bathroom.

If you're here to fish, dive, or just boat, this home's private, double-width dock can accommodate ~40 foot boats and provides access to both the gulf and ocean via Vaca Cut, which is about 1-minute away by boat. In addition to a cleaning table, there is indoor rod storage, a large ice maker, bait freezer, and additional fridge in the air-conditioned garage. If you're here to enjoy island living, in addition to the pool, hammock, and comfortable lounge furniture, feel free to enjoy 5 complimentary beach cruiser bikes, cornhole games, and a full-sized ping pong table.
Whether you enjoy watching the sun rise or taking in beautiful sunsets, step into the living room and take in beautiful canal and Vaca Cut (sunset) views right from the comfortable furnishings. Take in some fresh air on the large rear terrace which overlooks the pool and canal or enjoy some privacy and Vaca Cut sunset views from the front.
The open kitchen is custom-made for hosting and has all the luxury appliances you'll need. Chefs will appreciate Wolf gas range with double convection oven and griddle, a KitchenAid microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and a view of Vaca Cut from the farmhouse sink window. Bartenders will love the adjacent wet bar which features a wine fridge, drink fridge, and ice maker.
Guests can comfortably enjoy this home's four bedrooms, with two primary suites. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms and large TV's. The upstairs primary suite boasts canal views, walks out to the large rear terrace, and has a king-size bed and spa-like walk-in shower with double shower heads. The downstairs suite has another
king bed and private entrances from both the driveway and the pool. It also features a bathtub, kitchenette with fridge, and a small lounge area. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, both of which provide sunset views, full-sized balconies with furniture, and private bathrooms. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and Vaca-cut / sunset views plus a walk-in closet, while the other is a bunk-room which features full and twin beds and a bathtub. There are two pull-out couches featuring king sized beds as well.
Key Colony Beach is a beautiful, laid-back place to explore, with outdoor activities available at Sunset Park and the Key Colony Beach Golf Course. More Florida Keys fun awaits all throughout Marathon, Islamorada, and Key West, all within a short drive.

You never know how a place is gonna look until you get there. The photos always make it look better than it really is. Is this case, the place was better than we thought it would be! We traveled with 3 couples and had other friends come in for a couple of days and go to make room for other friends. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for this and the primary suite on the first floor worked perfectly for the couple that needs a little more quiet time than the rest of the group. The upstairs primary bedroom was for my wife and I and included a giant shower with 2 heads. The great room was the focal point of the whole place. You could be in the kitchen and be a part of the conversation in the living room. The kitchen has a bar counter, ice maker, fridge, mini fridge for drinks, wine cooler, 3 sinks and a WOLF stove top and oven. We didn’t even know what to do with all of this! The dock easily accommodated our 37’ boat and was very close to Capt Hooks for fuel and the bait barge was at the end of our channel. The garage had a commercial grade ice machine with at least a 300lb capacity that kept the boat’s fish boxes iced down the whole time and never ran out. It would make 300lbs each day which was more than we needed. Water pressure at the dock was great too for cleaning the boat each day. I didn’t use the lift because I wasn’t sure of its capacity but I checked and it does work. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and I’ll definitely be back!

This home has EVERYTHING you could ask for in a vacation rental. Loved everything about it. Attention to detail is unmatched. It’s already booked up for the summer or I would rent it again. We will definitely return to this property.

Each year we travel with a group of friends during Spring Break. This year we decided to visit the Florida Keys and discovered this house while searching for a place to call home for the week. This house is stunning and the location was amazing. Erin was so accommodating and pleasant to work with and the house was everything and more.Our family and friends enjoyed the amazing pool, gorgeous house with fantastic outdoor living space, we even were fortunate enough to see a manatee by the dock. We had the best time and would love to visit again!
