Blue Pearl New Waterfront Haven with Heated Pool ,70 Foot Dock, and More!

We just returned from our stay at the Blue Pearl. The property exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The house is beautifully decorated! Our favorite part was the pool and pool area. Our girls spent a lot of time here. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings and late afternoon. We even got to see a manatee from our dock. The house is close to a Publix and Winn Dixie for grocery needs. Some of our favorite places to eat was Irie Island Eats, Porky’s Bayside Restaurant and The Island Fish Company. I highly recommend all three! I can’t say enough about the Blue Pearl! It was the best and Kim was very attentive checking on us throughout the week. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place and fantastic location.

On our first night The smoke alarm battery started to beep at 12 am since the battery needed to be replaced. We contacted their office and we were told that we needed to sleep with the beeping sound and we were told not to disable the alarm. It was an annoying sound that was heard in all of the bedrooms. The next day the battery was replaced.

Beautiful home & pool!! Lots of parking! Great location!!

Location and cleanliness of the property

The stairs and porch upstairs are extremely slippery when wet many of us had to catch ourselves from falling and the pavers around the pool are all uneven and caused quite a few stubbed toes and a fall that sprained an ankle. Also management was extremely unprofessional and had multiple people in our chat giving conflicting answers which led to a stressful departure.
