Location Location Location! Located on the Vaca Cut Channel in Marathon, with immediate boating access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of boating activities to view from practically every room in the house. Don't worry your boat and jet skis at this home have plenty of protected dockage. The draft is about 6 ft at the dock.
A Gated home with plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and two trailers.
As you enter the home with 2 big double doors you have a 2story entry way.
The Bedroom on the ground floor has 1 queen, a bath, and then the secondary living area has 2 double size bunk beds plus a twin trundle. On the other side of the foyer, there is another Game room with a pool table and tennis table. Extra refrigerator, microwave, and deep freezer. We call this the kid cave. There is an entry to the outdoor living area and pool behind the foyer.
As you make your way up the interior staircase in the two-story foyer you enter into the open living room concept with tall ceilings and large windows with open Living and Dining and kitchen concepts. The windows in this house create lots of natural light. The kitchen is huge with every amenity that you can imagine with a view of water too.
The Ouside living space is spacious and convenient from the Pool and the dock. There is a long bar with plenty of seating to watch the boats go by. The outdoor space has a TV with a grill and a beach and corn hole. There are 4 loungers by the pool and another 4 loungers on the beach. Dining outdoors? There are three outdoor dining areas, one under the tiki hut, one in the outdoor living area, and one upstairs on the screened-in porch.
The bedroom layout is as follows The bedrooms on the upper level 2 have a king-size bed in each bedroom and 2 have a queen in each.The master bedroom has a full bath on suite, the other two baths are in the hallway. Each bedroom has a door going out to the screened-in porch to take in the water views.

The dock is 285 ft long. With a fish cleaning station and a tiki and observation area for the sunsets each night.

We absolutely loved this home! The outdoor living space was a favorite for everyone in our group. Location was a huge plus, we were able to spend our days checking out both the northern keys & southern keys throughout our stay due to the central location. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a mixture of fun & relaxation along with stunning views & plenty of space for all to hang out together as well as keep all age groups happy & comfortable. My family would absolutely choose this home in the future if we head back to Marathon!

Arriving at this home was very clean and spacious to accommodate our large group. There were a few issues.
First the texting suggestion to reach out to management was not working and any of my messages were not getting through. Second there was an air handler that was leaking and overflowing causing the water to leak into the hallway. I reached out right away but was not responded to over the weekend stating there was problem with their system. Someone was to be sent out on Monday to check that along with the plumbing issue of one of the toilets not flushing very well and no cold water in the sink in the master bathroom. This was explained that when checked would require plumbers to come in and cut into walls so would wait until we checked out. By Tuesday evening the air handler was leaking even more. I reached out again but again messages were not getting through so we had a lot of soaked towels that I was washing. I noticed the next day the air handler was not running at all. I messaged again and stated that it was no longer working. A tech was sent out right away and fixed the unit properly and was not leaking after that. We loved the clean spaciousness of the home and had a nice time at the pool once we had requested the heat to be turned on since it was a little on the cold side. The game room was very nice but no chalk for the pool table, no usable darts and ping pong paddles falling apart. Just an FYI to help make next rental better.

We are 5 couples that travel together regularly. The Keys is one of our annual spots. This house looked like it had it all but fell short in several areas. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness were two of the biggest issues for us. The house is awesome as is the structure and layout of the house. Plenty of space!
