About this house rental
The Coral Cove is a newly constructed spectacular home in the secure, gated community in The Tides at Vaca Cut. This designer decorated coastal beauty is situated right on the waterway with quick direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the bay breeze from the open air balconies, all while watching the boats pass by and the pelicans and manatees visit the area. Relax in the private pool and hot tub and dine al fresco as the sun sets. With plenty of space for 12 guests, this 2293 square foot home has all the amenities you could want. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bath with a huge walk-in closet and a private balcony. There is also a junior master suite with a king bed, en suite bath and a cozy sitting area. There are two more bedrooms with queen beds and one room with bunk beds, and a trundle to comfortably sleep 3 children. Each of the 5 bedrooms have wall mounted flat-screen smart TV's for all of your television streaming.
The TV in the living room also includes cable and there is high speed wireless internet throughout the home.
The gourmet kitchen features all new Kitchen-Aid appliances, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with barstools, a large dining table with plenty of seating and a dry-bar entertainment area.
The large sectional in the family room is in the heart of the open living area. Comfortable and inviting, its a great space to gather, play a game, unwind or plan your day. Walk out of the living area onto the spacious upper balcony, complete with an outdoor dining area and large sofa.
The ground level boasts the private pool with optional heating (additional fee), covered hot tub, additional seating, lounge chairs, a canopied day-bed, beverage refrigerator and a gas grill all within a fenced-in yard. There are also bicycles and an outdoor ping pong table for your enjoyment. The Coral Cove is situated directly next to the path leading to the community dock. The house includes a bait freezer and 36 feet of lighted dock space with fish cleaning tables and whips for added protection for your boat. After fishing, take a stroll to the waterfront gazebo on The Tides property and marvel at what we call the Florida Keys lifestyle.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we've stayed at Coral Cove. It's absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, it's spotless, the pool is great, and the view is breathtaking - especially sunsets.

Family vacation with 9 adults and 2 small children and the place was amazing! The living area and dining areas were large enough to accommodate our family dinners and the open concept made cooking and hanging out very fun. The place was immaculate and very well laid out. The pool and dock area were perfect and watching the boats go by was very relaxing. The host has thought of everything you could want in a vacation rental and was very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend booking.
