About this house rental
This gorgeous home is located in the very desirable Key Colony Beach! The entirety of this property was reconstructed in 2023 and rents as a well-appointed 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with room to spare. This is for the ultimate family vacationers!
Both levels of this home boast open floor plans, its own spacious kitchen with oversized breakfast bars and dining areas; giving guests room to spread out and enjoy cook your catch within your own home.
All 6 bedrooms offer king beds. Both master bedrooms offer ensuite baths. Both levels include 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with an additional full bathroom located on the ground level by the pool.
Please note, due to the number of stairs throughout this home it is not suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.
- Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

The house was very clean. Lots of space for our group of 11. Loved having the dock for our boats and night fishing. Really enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed our trip so much! This home was perfect for our family. It was clean, well equipped- even had several baby spoons which I forgot our baby spoons at home so that worked out great! The manager was responsive, everything was so well organized with the checking in, details of the home, check out and everything in between. We will definitely be back!!

House was great, very spacious, in a nice upscale neighborhood. Nice beds, plenty of towels & kitchen was well equipped. We even saw some manatees in the canal.Management was always very helpful and accommodating of our requests.However as a first time Vrbo user, there were a few surprises:1) The fee Vrbo charges the guest was about 10% of the total rental, which was not made very clear on the web site.2) The management company charged a 400 "Administrative Fee" not disclosed in the listing.3) Vrbo's terms were that the security deposit was due at the time of booking, and the rental charges 30 days prior to check-in. The management company charged my credit card for the security deposit and half the rental charges immediately on booking. Again, not disclosed in the listing.4) The host supplied only one roll of toilet paper and a few soap pods for the dishwasher and laundry. Really? Is soap and toilet paper that expensive? You would think for what we paid they could have supplied that. Instead the first thing I have to do on my vacation is go shopping for supplies. Not fun.5) The host expected all towels to be washed and beds stripped and the first load of linens started in the washing machine before we left. What was the cleaning fee for? The last thing I wanted to do on my vacation was laundry. Again, not fun.Overall, it was really a great vacation, just cost a bit more, and was a bit more work, than we expected.
