Perfectly situated in KCB w/ up to 50' dockage on a wide and pristine canal that leads easy access to both the Ocean & the Gulf, our newly listed single family is spacious & private, newly renovated w/ new AC, appliances, fixtures, furniture, mattresses, & decors. Featuring 4Bd 3Ba accommodating up to 10 ppl in a comfy space w/ screened patio, backyard, private pool, Tiki Hut, bikes, kayaks, 6-burners grill, & 5 minutes walk to Sunset Park. It is the perfect Florida Keys getaway for your family! Our property is pet friendly. However, an additional $200 cleaning charge comes standard for our cleaning service provider. If your pet(s) is(are) not house-trained and has/have caused damages in house, additional charges/fines will occur by case.

The home was exactly as described and in my words: impeccable, delightfully decorated (nautical theme), amazing location on the canal and perfect for our family! We took our adult children (18 x2 and 21 x2) for a graduation trip. Everyone immediately fell in love with the property. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, tiki hut, swimming pool and dock on the canal. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well! We had planned to rent fishing equipment but the boys were elated that it came with the rental! Kayaks and bikes (we didn't use bikes because of the heat) and beautiful sunset views a short walk down to Sunset Park. We saw manatees, dolphins and nurse sharks from the dock. Can't beat it! Our only suggestion (and I say this lightly because our stay was PERFECT) is to have some beach chairs available for not only the beach but by the pool and dock for fishing and a cooler for use. What a great week and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!!!!
