One of our favourite getaways

Our 2nd 'out of season' visit, we love the stillness of the park and the area at this time of year, the views are amazing and the lodge is so cosy and comfortable.

Top quality with fab views!

Comfortable, spacious and high standard of furnishings and facilities.Fab views from the lounge and terrace. Plenty of space for two adults and a lab. Good base for days out and walks on the beach.

To note: the lodge is located at the top of the large park so you drive through various other named sections before going up the steep banks. Oven seemed pretty slow in getting to temperature so maybe check thermostat. Unfort we couldnt connect to Netflix but other options were available.

Tranquil, relaxing and just perfect ( fish and chips in town brilliant!)

Self -catering but well equipped and as always, spotlessly clean. Wonderful views - so comfortable - so relaxing - sunsets amazing! Prosecco and Welsh Cakes on arrival - lovely touch.

It was a beautiful lodge. The views were outstanding. The decor and furnishings were lovely. Everything we needed was there , all good quality equipment.The Prosecco and cakes were a nice surprise .

Bay View And What A View It Is.

Where to start! The lodge itself is stunning, set up in the hills, high enough not to be able to not hear the hassle and bustle of the club house or any roads. Off road parking to the rear of the lodge and is a very quick walk to the front door, sounds like a little thing but when your carrying those bags full of your belongings, it's a god send. Open, modern and spacious living area. Beautifully decorated with ample seating around the TV (which I promise you won't need with the views). A large dining table, great for meal times with the family and a kitchen filled with all the tools needed to ensure a very convenient and comfortable stay. There's even a dish washer, which I won't lie, gave my heads a lovely break. Not just one but two bathrooms! The second is located just within the master bedroom and is a fantastic addition. Both with shower, toilet and hand basin facilities. Master bedroom is spacious with ample storage for your clothes with a walk in closet which is perfect. And again in the second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for our kids. And my favourite bit, the veranda. A beautiful place to sit, have your morning coffee or that afternoon wine while taking in the most beautiful views across the bay. A view I will never ever get board of seeing. I'm sure I've missed so much but it's genuinely a perfect place to stay, relax and unwind!

Delightful comfortable holiday home with excellent views of the coast.

The views along the coast especially exceptional. Local walks. Comfortable rooms & bed. Modern clean spacious accommodation. Excellent heating & shower. Especially liked the ensuite. Excellent kitchen with all modern appliances. Decking to sit outside. Welcome gifts, thank you.

Some simple printed basic instructions on using the heating system would have been useful, I worked it out by trial & error! Oven could have been cleaner & trays ideally need replacing, so used microwave instead. Some simple instructions for using microwave (other than manual) would have been useful. Disappointed with TV freeview set up as repeatedly had 'signal lost' & couldn't get many 'live' channels & so relied on catch up tv. Again needs simple printed basic instructions on how to use.

Everything we hoped for

We hardly moved from the cabin during our short break, the views from every window and from the outside seating area were amazing and the peaceful setting was just what we were hoping for. Tracy and David are thoughtful hosts who go the extra mile to provide everything needed for a welcoming and extremely comfortable stay.

Beautiful lodge with exceptional views

It is very spacious and well appointed. It has a superb position at the top of the holiday park with amazing views of the coast and surrounding area.

If you struggle with mobility, a car is definitely needed as the park is very steep. The cable TV keeps on breaking up sound and picture wise but it is good to have Amazon etc to fall back on

Great holiday

Beautiful, well equipped lodge with spectacular views of the bay and countryside. Beautiful bedding and decor, everything you needed was provided. The hosts are excellent and a lovely gift of prosecco, and Welsh cakes were there for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The lodge has a lovely enclosed decking area and has the sun in the afternoon and evening. The sunset views are wonderful.

The site that the lodge is situated on could really benefit from TLC.

Fabulous lodge with stunning views.

The lodge was beautifully laid out and so clean and fresh. The owners have gone out of their way to provide everything you may need for your stay. The views are truly stunning.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Owners were super-helpful when we needed to call them. The walk up back to the Lodge was quite steep - we didn’t mind it and there’s ample parking at the facilities should you need to take your car.

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outstanding thing though was the view which was ever changing with the weather and amazing when clear. Most impressed with the petrified forest.

The Lodge has absolutely stunning views and is a superb standard of accommodation. The hosts Tracy and David were very helpful and informative and even left a complimentary gift for us upon arrival which was a really nice touch. We'll definitely book again in the future.

The location was perfect. Easy to find Brynowen park, the lodge stands on a perfect spot with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding areas. Perfect Staycation
