Potentially exactly what I wanted but due to basic failures of service stay was very disappointing

The location was perfect for my needs, interlay the Pod was clean and tidy well equipped and the kitchen facilities were as expected and satisfied my needs. Parking was really handy and views from the Pod were good with immediate access to good walking for me and my dog.

The Pod was externally not as pictured or described with no external covered area to the front. The canopy pictured appeared to have been removed or torn off as mounting point were visible but damage had not been repaired. The heating system appeared to be set at 16'C which was comfortable for me for sleeping but to low once out of bed. There was no instructions as to how to adjust temperature so it was comfortable. Even though the plumbing was for hot water to sink, wash basin and shower there was no hot water at all so when any of the mixer tapes were turned to the hot side there was no pressure and only very cold water was available. Durning my hole stay no staff were seen on site at all.

Clean. Hot tub was nice unexpected surprise. Everything was excellent and well organised.

Flat batteries in remote. But that’s a small point. Perhaps couple of teabags for a cup of tea in morning as we were just an overnight stay

Unhappy

I stayed in one of the pods and there was no water at all in the shower. I had to shower in the nearby toilet block for the duration of my stay. On my first night i arrived late and the office was closed. i also left early in the morning before it opened. This was the same each night i stayed as i was attending an event that started early and ended late. There was a contact number in the welcome pack that i tried to contact on 5 occasions both via ringing, messages and voicemail with no response. The price was inflated due to the event been on in the local area and to pay a high price like this with no water in the shower and no way of getting in touch with staff was less than ideal. The pod was clean and tidy, well kitted out, good location.

Lovely stay

Excellent facilities everything you needed was provided . Very private nice temperature for the private hot tub and bonus of a BBQ

The ONLY down side was that the awning / porch outside area was not there . We phoned Management as soon as we arrived and they basically said the wind had caught it and replacement wasn't due for a few weeks . It would have been nice if we had been advised of this prior to our stay as the Pod as it currently is not as advertised in the pictures. Every time we went outside wet shoes were an issue which would have been prevented if the outside cover area was there, plus the use of it for shade

Romantic, hotub was amazing and the area was peaceful, would definitely be returning again

Liked how cosy it was, very well designed the hotub was lovely and the bbq was easy to use and the bed was really comfy

The canopy was missing on arrival so when it rained it became like a ice rink, even so my partner slipped over because of the compound missing, the bathroom could be designed better as when you go for a shower the water stays near the door so when you go to the toilet it’s slippy

Everything as advertised comfortable place to stay for a few days with our dog ,private and secure outside area with the bonus of a hot tub , nice quiet park a couple of miles from Aberystwyth would definitely go back again

A disappointing stay that fell short of expectations due to cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, and a lack of basic am

A fan was provided when requested Hot tub was at the correct temperature upon arrival, ready to use. We were offered to be moved to a different property but there was no hot tub, which is why we chose this pod.

We were really looking forward to our stay in the pod, but unfortunately, a number of issues impacted our overall experience quite significantly. On arrival, we were immediately struck by a strong stale or smoky smell in the pod, which was very off-putting. It was clear that the space had not been thoroughly cleaned beforehand—cutlery and plates were not properly washed, the kettle and toaster were dusty, and the towels provided were stained. Additionally, there was no dishcloth or bin bag supplied, which made basic tidying up difficult. The pod was extremely hot when we arrived, with no air conditioning available—something that made it particularly uncomfortable for our dog as well. While we were grateful to be provided with a floor fan, it didn’t really solve the problem in such a confined space. Another concern was the bathroom and shower setup. After using the shower, the water remained pooled on the floor, making it unavoidable to walk through a puddle to reach the toilet. This persisted into the following day, suggesting poor drainage and general design flaws. We also noticed some unsettling oversights—a random knife left on the bathroom windowsill and animal mess left on the stones outside the pod. These were not only unhygienic but also disappointing in terms of general upkeep. Furthermore, there were no complimentary refreshments provided (no tea, coffee, or milk), and we were surprised that no bathrobes were available for the hot tub. While we were offered two small hand towels after asking, we had expected something a little more considered. On the positive side, we appreciated that the team provided us with a fan to help with the heat and responded when we asked for towels. However, overall, the experience fell below expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay.

Perfect facilities, lovely outside seating area, hot tub ideal to relax, room size was great including kettle, microwave and mini oven.

The roof window is beautiful and lets so much light in however it could do with a blind to close.

Lovely one night stop over Warm cosy clean Didn’t use all kitchen or bbq equip had to offer but the hot tub and shower was great For the price, a little offer of tea coffee milk biscuits would have been nice Great for people visiting friends at the uni and town Bird lovers nice views and Red kites fly over the mini pod

Perfect, private little retreat.

A superbly cute and comfortable "fairy house". My little girl loved it. We had a great stay with everything we needed there. It was well-equipped. So nice to have a private loo and shower right there. The bed was comfy and the little kitchen area very well equipped with more than I expected. My highlight was the hot tub, of course, which I enjoyed whilst my wee one slept. An utter luxury to have it so close to be able to fully relax and indulge in a bit of "me time" with her safe and close. We didn't bring our dog this time, but it was great to know we can. The whole area around this midi-pod is gated and secure. Perfect for dogs and small children! The check-in and -out process was a delight!

I did fancy trying out the air fryer but it was full of meaty grease so I gave it a miss.

Cute cosy pod, dog friendly and hot tub 🙂

Hot tub was great, pod was cute and cosy, gate for added privacy (and keeping the hounds from any Houdini escape routines) and there parking right outside the pod which was very handy. Site itself was easy enough to find and in a good peaceful location. Cleaning stuff and loo roll etc was left under the sink for use during our stay and staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. Nearby to Aberystwyth and a several other places of interest worth visiting.

Lovely place, great camp site.

The pod was perfect for 2 with everything you need for a few days away. The air fryer was a great addition if you prefer to cook than eat out. I loved how close it was to the town and beach. Jacuzzi was perfect, everything was clean. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The pod was right next to the campers toilets and showers which wasn't the problem as they wasn't noisy there was just no privacy with people walking back and forth when you was in the jacuzzi, or sitting on the terrace to eat or relax, easily rectified though we ended up buying a blanket to put across from the fence to the terrace handrail when we was in the jacuzzi as all the camper Van's could see in too.

We enjoyed everything! We didn’t know what to expect as never being to anything like this before but it was amazing. The area was lovely, there was so many nice walks & things to explore. The hot tub was lovely & the heating. It is a bit small but we took our puppy & 2 people so it was comfortable for us.

Good location, close to the beach with plenty of shops around. Jacuzzi was great, plenty of places to walk a dog, nice and quiet

It was abit over looked and was very close to the toilet block. Would have been nice to be able to close a gate so you wasn't as easily seen when getting into the hot tub. The shower qas a wet room but it wasn't very well drained. On another note the under floor heating got far to hot to touch and wasn't very user friendly. Ended putting towels on the floor to be able to stand onit. Other then those issues it was a great little place.
