Perfect location. Beach pub and cafes within a minute walk away. All flat no hills š.
Kitchen was very well equipped. Made a whole Christmas dinner with ease. Very clean on arrival. Even allowed us to check in a little earlier which really helped for travelling at children's nap times.
Beds so comfy. Loved the extra features of board games dvds and books available. The guest information folder was full of local information to aid our holiday activities.
Loved that we had a small enclosed garden to rear and a enclosed personal seating area out front.
Good size place for a family of 4 and a dog.
Some areas (carpets) need updating but after reading the guest book all these areas where being completed soon.

Loved the location.
Great apartment for a long easter break with my wife and Dog.
The apartment had a smart TV, sofas, tourist info and everything you needed for cooking etc.
A massive plus was that the ice cream shop was less than a 100yds away and we could also just cross the road to the beautiful beach.
The main bed would benefit from a mattress topper or a new mattress. My wife and I found ourselves having to use the other bedroom single beds for a nap due to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Tea, coffee and sugar tins are empty so would have been nice if they had even some sachets of coffee/sugar and some individually packaged teabags if the host is concerned about the products life and also cleanliness/waste between stays.

Great location to access the beach and car parking opposite. I enjoyed sitting out on the small terrace overlooking the road when the traffic was quieter.
Living room furniture and carpet rather tired. The heating in some rooms couldnāt be increased so I was a little too cold for me at times.
