Nice size for a family n nice and local to village and beach

Good once I had overcome some issues and I then enjoyed my stay.

The location was good, somewhere I had not been before and if the weather had been better would allowed me to explore a new place with my dog which I could haver with me. This in particular was a clincher.

Some how I received the wrong PIN code to access the Key. There was a later Email which had a different PIN code which eventually once I managed to get enough mobile signal I was able to pick up and gave me access. The heating was flat out all the time on one radiator in the hall way which ment I had to leave doors open so that radiators heated the Kitchen area where the thermostat was. Like this it was then OK. There was a hole in the Bath room floor which meant it was very draughty as the weather was windy and cold.

Veranda furniture was perished and was unusable hence we were very disappointed. The sofa had a broken spring - not comfy to sit and relax. The bedding in the main bedroom had holes in it and was stained in places, inferior quality. The microwave’s seal was melted so we didn’t use . The hoover had to be emptied before we cd use it as it was completely blocked and the lavatory brush was black and needed replacing/cleaning. Broken door handle to hallway - door wd not open from inside; some locks on windows broken, blinds needed repair. Hook on chalet door and gate needed repair - monitor job cd easily have been rectified.

Great location, very short walk to the beach with a shop nearby.

Outside conservatory suit was pretty damaged from age and past abuse as it was impossible to sit on so couldn't sit outside to see the sunset unfortunately but we watched from inside so not a problem.

The lounge

The shower frame was disgusting, the steps upto the caravan door was unsafe felt like you would go through, seating outside area was all broken. There was an awful smell when we arrived a window had been left open obviously to get rid of smell...The caravan door was difficult to open and lock.

Wasn’t cleaned smelt of cigarettes there was ash all over the decking which was dirty there was broken gate also broken furniture which cut my leg there was mould in the shower

The location. Unfortunately everything else about the caravan was very run down and in desperate need of upgrade.

Everything needed upgrade. Terrible in the small bedroom of damp smell. Couldn’t sleep because of how strong the smell was. Curtains all mildew molding on lining. Very damp room even though summer. Toilet flush was no good. Carpets all stained. Could feel springs in sofas. Outside furniture fit for bin.I could go on and on

Good position on site but the caravan lets itself down. Has a lot of potential.

Position on site and size.

It needs a lot of work, flooring in places feels unstable. Especially in bathroom as you can see daylight behind the toilet and, as you go from kitchen to bedrooms. Decking unstable in many places, furniture on decking is not usable as seats are very damaged. Sofas are uncomfortable as the springs can be felt. Shower is good but the bracket is broken and the shower doors have mould. Beds need new mattresses, windows in both bedroom and bathroom have broken latches. Needs tlc and a deep clean.

It was a last minute booking due to a problem with other accomodation so we were pleased to get it.

The location was excellent. We were self-catering.

Great lil break in a cosy caravan The

Great location, quiet park, pet friendly, lovely woodland walk just up from the on-site shop. Close to the Borth Nisa shop, and not far to explore the rest of Borth, Ynyslas, and the coastal path to Aberystwyth. Caravan has all you need, TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas cooker, powerful shower, iron and board, hoover, mop, hairdryer, selection of teas and coffee, fully stocked kitchen, pots, plates, bowls, cutlery and even a dog bowl!

WiFi was a bit too complicated for me to figure out. The outdoor rattan deck seating needs replacing as it's not really safe to sit on.

Good location , near to the beach and shops and pub

Bed and couch’s very uncomfortable you can feel all the springs. The lock on the Gate to the caravan was broken. Holes in outdoor seating area.

It was quiet and good position, close to the beach.

When we arrived it wasn't clean the carpet was stained the table was a bit sticky and it was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the main area. Plus they wanted to extra charge us for the wifi which it wasn't stated on the website prior to booking. We didn't pay for it and we had to connect through our phones hotspot.

Tired , basic, but ok

Position it was close to beach. The owner respond to questions,and was helpful. Having a key safe was good. Liked the chairs on decking. Lots of pans ,plates bowls etc.

The van and accessories were tired and single quilts had holes and stains. The welcome book was contradictory on a couple of things, eg time when you needed to be out on last day. Floor in bathroom felt a bit like i was going to fall through floor..

Nice caravan site,

Many issues with caravan, couldn't get thermostat to work, 2x leaks under toilet, cups on floor catching leaks had to be emptied regularly, bad smell in caravan although appeared to be clean, ripped curtains, mouldy bedding, bathroom door didn't latch or lock, hole on floor below boiler, pictures on booking .com zoomed out to make look bigger, won't be using again
