I had a problem ( of my own making) that I inadvertently booked for two people and I should have booked six people..,.. I was stressed about this,,,. And I could not get through on any of the contact details and speak to a person to alter it… eventually I went via Booking .com helpline and spoke to a person and it was resolved, but it would have been better if it had been resolved earlier. Otherwise the stay was lovely, thank you x

It’s a really beautiful lodge, with very comfy beds and living area. Really impressed!
Everything was brilliant! However, I did open front door and the only key fell out of the lock and down through wide gap and landed under the chalet. Took ages to get it back - would recommend an outdoor mat to cover the gaps in decking perhaps? I couldn’t get hold of anyone to help and there wasn’t a folder with contact numbers as advised. I also needed to wash a lot of the crockery and glasses before using them as didn’t look or feel clean. Otherwise, all wonderful!
