Clean, comfortable, luxurious, great value for money, just an all round perfect location.

The property is beautifully located, its spacious, plenty of room around the property with no neighbours over the top of you, large driveway with plenty of availability, very clean and spacious inside, very easy to make yourself at home, very well accommodated - especially in the kitchen for anyone wanting to cook. Beds were very comfortable, overall just a great place to stay, we will definitely be back.

Wedding break

Lovely, homely property, we stayed as a family whilst attending a wedding in the hotel. All home comforts were available and we enjoyed the hot tub. Good communication from our host regarding the check in process. Would highly recommend this accommodation. 10/10

We had a crawling baby with us and a stair gate would have been useful. However we had a fantastic stay and this wouldn’t stop me booking again

Fantastic stay!

The location was great and it was easy to find. There was plenty of space for a group of 8 including young children. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, towels etc were easy to locate. It was great having a washer and dryer too. The living area was also lovely.

It was a great property and I would stay again. One improvement would be a sink in the toilet upstairs that is not connected to the bathroom.

House only, good location for wedding, good kitchen, clean and owner very helpful with check in time to fit around the wedding

Decor a bit tired but clean and not all rooms had a mirror, which would be helpful for checking outfits.

Brilliant stay apart from the hot tub disappointment

Great house…lots of space and comfortable beds

Unfortunately the hot tub was only fully heated by the next morning…still only 36 degrees at 10pm..disappointing as this was the thing we were most looking forward to 😔 it also only bubbled on 1 side 🙁

Very spacious & extremely well presented. Ideal for larger groups.

We liked everything but one small issue was that the toilet was separate from the main bathroom and there was no wash hand basin with the toilet.
