Spacious, comfortable house with friendly host ideally located near university.

The house was spacious and worked well for a group of adults. Having two bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet was ideal. The beds were very comfortable and the host was on hand if we needed anything (although we experienced no problems during our stay!). Location was great for our trip as we needed to be close to the university. Quiet estate.

The kitchen could have been better equipped in terms of pots, pans, baking trays etc. The house is a bit dated and areas are looking a bit tired, but it was clean and very tidy. I felt these were minor issues though and I would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyable stay in a quiet location with easy access to the nearby University.

Lovely and quiet.

Leaflet said that there was always hot water, but it didn't work. So the shower in the ensuite never got warm. Luckily there was an electric shower in the main bathroom.

The house was comfortable lovely décor, easy to get to, straight road to Portstewart. Just perfect would highly recommend it. Trevor was just lovely with lots of ideas of things to do and places to go.

It is a brilliant home from home for a family with 3 young children. Local amenities close, shops etc. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Recommend for any large family break or week away. Causeway coast very close.

Nothing could have been better, maybe a few leaflets or recommendations for local takeaways as we are not internet savvy!! Excellent on every front.
