Disappointing

Pool with a view of the mountains.

The price did not match the quality at all. There was no tea kettle in the room. After buying the dinner (buffet table), all drinks for an additional fee (even water). View from the room to the road. I don't recommend it.

Passable

The hotel is located near to ski facilities. Nice spa, pool, and sauna. In general, the hotel is pleasant and definitely for families who enjoy hiking or skiing.

1.Dinners served at the hotel were of poor quality, especially for the price of the stay at the hotel. We did not like starters and main courses. For instance, out of two meat loaves in the tafelspitz, one was severely overdried, while the second one was acceptably cooked. Some of the dishes were unnecessarily overcomplicated and of questionable taste. Lastly, waiting time for food could be shorter. Once we had to wait an hour for main courses, even though we ordered food during the breakfast, and there was enough time for preparation. Overall, I would suggest the hotel management to rethink the dinner menu in favor of simplicity and improved taste and address the waiting time issue. 2. Personnel could be more helpful: there was an issue with the safe in the room, which was not fixed during the whole stay. We have asked for help three times, each time receiving response that someone would come in the upcoming 10 minutes. 3. Relatively minor thing, but pillows were extremely uncomfortable and old.

Leider gibt es anscheinend ältere Busreisende, die nicht wissen wie man sich in einer Sauna verhält. Vielleicht sollte man ein Alterslimit für über 65 Jährige einführen, wenn dies auch für unter 16jährige existiert.

Tolle Lage! Super für Ausflüge in der Region. Tolle Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Super schönes Frühstücks Buffet, liebevoll zubereitet! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pool und Saunazeiten können am Abend gerne etwas länger sein.
