location is more than perfect, very gorgeous view. service is very nice and friendly.

Food is included but it was way too salty. donno why for some room types the balcony is shared. Feel very uncomfortable with shared balcony. donno why our room is super hot in evening, no A/C...

size of the WC is very small. Restroom and bedroom has the same light swithch circle. If you swithch on the light in the restroom, the whole bedroom is fludlight :) We missed coffee in the room as well.

Exceptional

Without any doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Everything was beyond our expectations from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Too bad our visit was too short but I will definitely come back. The wellness area is very clean, the water in the outdoor infinty pool and jacuzzi is very clean and have perfect temperature. And the view?....Oh what an incredible view, I can live there forever :). The service is on a top level, very friendly staff. The lounge area is very comfy and the cocktail are delicious. Big thanks to the barman Marin who did for us amazing cocktails the whole evening. Free parking place on the spot, incredible breakfast, A highly recommended place and I am looking forward to come back again when everything around is covered with snow :)

Disappointed

Poor service and under expectations for 4star hotel. Unprofessional staff in the restaurant and bar. We waited every evening for every drink 40’. In the restaurant they took our plate before we finished our meal. Instead of good evening we got “what will you drink”. No COVID precessions at all!!!! Self service breakfast and dinner without mask. Nothing! A hand disinfection spray at few spots. We were charged more than we booked on Booking.

Location near to ski bus stop, and T bar lift. Near to town centre.

Excessively hot in dining room and public areas. Lack of variation at meal times, and particularly disappointing gala / buffet meals. Construction work ongoing, adjacent to hotel, causing noise and blighting views.

Wunderbares Hotel mit hervorragendem Essen, tollem Service und sehr freundlichem Personal!

Sehr sauber und komfortabel, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, exzellentes Essen, gute Weinberatung, gute Lage, Traumblick in die Landschaft. Gutes Klientel. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Geräumiger Ski- und Fahrradkeller.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas Besonderes und hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Schon beim Check-in an der Rezeption waren wir von einem Wow-Effekt begeistert. Das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren erstklassig. Ich schätze es, wenn ein Hotel und seine Betreiber eine Geschichte erzählen können, und genau das spürt man hier. Die harte Arbeit, die in dieses Hotel gesteckt wird, macht es einzigartig.
