Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig! Personal nett und freundlich!

Pool im 1.Stock statt UG wo auch Saunas sind, Sprudelwasser hat im Pool im Innen Bereich nicht funktioniert. In Ruheraum wo Saunabereich war, hat WLAN nicht funktioniert! Waschbecken im Zimmer nicht im Bad. Im Restaurant zu wenig Auswahl auf der Speisekarte.

الموقع ، النظافة ، جلسة الاسترخاء والقراءة

الليلة الأولى إعطي لي غرفة داخلية غير مطلة منزوية وكئيبة ، مغايرة للغرفة التي حجزتها من خلال بوكينج.. وأبلغتهم بذلك وقالت لي موظفة الاستقبال بأن الصور لدى بوكينج واحدة ولا تعني بالضرورة أن تحصل على ذات الغرفة ، وأوضحت لها أن الغرفة التي حجزتها مدوّن بأن لها إطلالة وشرفة مغايرة لهذه الغرفة.. و سأُلغي بقية مدة الإقامة عن طريق بوكينج وأبحث عن فندق آخر.. فذكرت لي عدم توفر غرف أخرى شاغرة.. وفي اليوم التالي تم إستبدال الغرفة بأخرى جميلة وذات إطلالة ، وبكل أمانة كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونون عدا هذا الموقف الذي حدث في الليلة الأولى.

Eine angenehme entspannte Auszeit in den Bergen mit herzlichem Personal

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, weil wir mit Baby kamen. Ein tolles großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Der beheizte Pool und die Saunen konnten wir auch an Regentagen nutzen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und von allem war etwas da: über frische Backwaren, Pancakes, frische Eispeisen, Fisch, Käse, Wurst, Jogurt, Müsli, Porridge, frisch gepresste Säfte, Kaffee, Tee und Kakao. Super lecker! Das Personal war unfassbar aufmerksam und höflich. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen entspannten Aufenthalt!

Es war wunderschön. Optimierungspotenziale wären maximal, dass man größere und dickere Handtücher im Saunabereich einsetzen könnte und im Zimmer 157 an der Badezimmertür den Rahmen etwas ausbessert (ist uns nur durch unser Baby aufgefallen, da es da rum gerobbt ist ;) .).

Sehr tolles und freundliches Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Frühstücksbuffet das wirklich keinen Wunsch offen hält, sehr freundlich und familiär, alles sehr sauber, Spa Bereich und Pool top, wir haben direkt verlängert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lediglich die Kirche, die direkt nebenan ist und mich ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen ließ ist ein kleines Manko, aber die war wohl schon vor dem Hotel da! 😉

Top genieten van alle comfort in Maria Alm

Modern, typisch Oostenrijks, rustgevend maar toch ook gezinsgericht. Het hotel is precies wat wij zochten voor een actieve én relax vakantie in de Alpen. Zwemmen in een verwarmd zwembad vanaf wakker tot diep in de avond. Een uitgebreid ontbijt, zelf schepijs pakken en wellness voor het hele gezin, of in het aparte volwassen gedeelte. Een speelhoek met ballenbak, glijbaan en klimmuurtje zorgt ervoor dat de kinderen kunnen spelen en jezelf lang kunt ontbijten. Met de Hochkoning pas kun je dagelijks skiliften pakken in de regio, kun je rodelen of naar een openbaar buitenzwembad. Het hotel heeft vele leuke hoekjes en kamers dus ga erop uit.

Glazen wandje bij de douche had iets breder gemogen, nu was er tekens een handdoek nodig als dijk.

An absolute jewel of Maria Alm hospitality

Absolutely amazing hotel with staff that made the stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome (though we were later than expected due to weather), to the personal and individual service though there were two large functions at the same time during our stay. The staff made us feel at ease and comfortable, and always made us feel like they had time for us. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. The food was delicious with many options to choose from for all meals. The spa and pool were very well maintained and clean, with very professional massage services. The work rooms were great with good sound proofing, multiple plugs for charging and very comfortable chairs. The small details in everything, to ensure comfort for the guest, were very well thought out!

Only a very minor remark that there was no USB charging port in the room

Eine schöne Auszeit

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar eingebettet im kleinen Ort, der von Bergen umarmt wird. Es ist modern, aber trotzdem traditionell eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aufzug, der das Koffertragen in die oben gelegenen Etagen erleichtert. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bett sehr bequem und ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Ein ganzer Raum für Brot, Brötchen und Gebäck. Auch die große Auswahl an frischen Säften ist auf Zustimmung gestoßen. Und auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Das gesamte Ambiente im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Personal superfreundlich, unterstützend und niemals aufdringlich. Positiv empfanden wir zudem, dass überall tolle Desinfektionsdüfte für die Hände zur freien Verfügung stehen. Und natürlich die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der Mobility Card, die uns eine kostenfreie Nutzung des ÖPNV im Landkreis ermöglichte.

Bis auf kleine Nuance, dass sich die Handwaschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers im Wohnbereich des Hotelzimmers befanden, haben wir nichts zu meckern.

The stuff was not really nice ro foreigns. Not speaking best english, mixing with their language, not clear communication but very arogant behavior. For a full dinner dish we were waiting 45 minuts to get a desert menu, because the lady was occupied by preparing for breakfast. Than she came, without a word passed the menu and left for another 30 minuts till she finally came without any aplogize- the restaurant was empty and ignored our demanding :(. Also I feel that for a high fee for a dog I would at least expect dog bowls at the room. Parking is not available at the hotel as mentioned in the description, but close short walking distance from the public parking of the ski central place.

Top Wellness in Maria Alm mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Toller Wellness Bereich, viel Auswahl wie und wo man sich ausruhen kann. Schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist 10/10. Die Lage ist direkt im Ort aber eher ruhig und nicht stressig. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr warm, was auch sehr angenehm ist. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr lecker. Bei unserem Zimmer hat man auch nichts von außen mitbekommen, es war sehr angenehm. Die optionale Massage war sehr entspannend und Preis/Leistung ebenfalls top.

Der Zugang zum Schwimmbad ist von innen etwas bescheiden, da es eher als Aussenpool gedacht ist. Ist im Sommer überhaupt kein Problem aber wenn es draußen kalt ist, muss man durch das Restaurant gehen, wenn man nicht in der Kälte draußen sein will. Wir waren leider viel zu kurz dort :)

SPA zone is realy cool!

We were expected any kind of outmeal for breakfest but didn't get it. This hotel is ok, but it is realy overpriced. We had one double room with balkony for us and studio for our daughter and in the both rooms we saw on the floar some kind of insekts like cockroaches. Not happy about that! The SPA zone in this hotel is divided into a zone for naked people and a zone for guests in swimming suits like us. But naked couple came into our zone and felt very comfortable. We couldn't say the same about us.
