Perfect for exploring Maria Alm and Hochkönig region

Great location, lovely owners, delicious breakfast, and the perfect place for our family to stay and explore Maria Alm. Added bonus was receiving the Hochkönig card for taking the lifts to the mountains, using the nearby pool, and riding the Bitberg rodelbahn. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Schade, dass auf unsere Nachfrage bezüglich Heizung nicht bzw. unwirsch reagiert wurde.

Gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage mitten im Ort

Sauna war am Samstag nicht in Betrieb; Zimmer war kalt, Heizung nur lauwarm, auf Nachfrage leider keine Reaktion zw. unwirsch nur die Frage, ob wir aufgedreht haben :-( Schade, denn wir sind eigentlich genügsame Gäste.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen

Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Das angeschlossene Restaurant hatte erst um 17.00 h geöffnet. Das dortige Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Chefin. Wirklich toller Wellnessbereich.

Bei Nachfrage bezüglich Sauna war der Herr des Hauses relativ unfreundlich, hat uns aber dann den Wellnessbereich doch geöffnet. Balkon ist geteilt mit einem anderen Zimmer.

Warm en gastvrij hotel met oog voor detail!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel, en het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk. Een speciale vermelding voor de schoonmaakster, die niet alleen elke dag alles perfect verzorgde, maar ook de knuffels van de kinderen keurig op een rijtje zette. Toen ze hun ski-diploma hadden gehaald, lag er zelfs een lief briefje van haar klaar – een klein, maar hartverwarmend gebaar dat we enorm waardeerden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en bood voldoende keuze om de dag goed te beginnen. Een topverblijf met oog voor detail en gastvrijheid. We komen zeker graag terug!
