Spectacular

Everything the room was perfect, the view breathtaking, location on the valley and near to Zell Am See approximately 20 minutes and 5 minutes to Saalfelden, staff was too friendly and the breakfast was enough.

Nothing serious. They don't have washing machine for the hotel room however, Monika proposed to wash our clothes with her private washing machine.

1-There is no basket or trash in the room 2- no coffee machine or kettle of water 3- no tissue in the room These are basic stuffs in any hotel Wish they provide them in future

I stayed in the penthouse apartment. Location is very good Apartment is new, clean and comfortable The kitchen is fully equipped Terrace is spacious with outdoor furniture The view is very nice Staff are very friendly and welcoming

Une fois de plus, des vacances excellentes

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et comme nous nous y sommes habitués, nous reviendrons je pense chaque année. Les vacances de ski sont onéreuses mais en comparant les autres hébergements, Sonnenhof est incomparable. Les appartements sont vastes et bien aménagés. La vue est magnifique et l’accès a la station est très facile. Le petit-déjeuner est succulent avec des produits locaux et avec un grand choix. A l’année prochaine !

Ce ne sont que des détails mais dans un appartement précédant, il me semble qu’il y avait plus de rangements dans les salles de douche. Il y avait aussi un miroir dans l’entrée et comme je ne savais plus s’il y avait des machines à Nespresso dans la cuisine, j’avais ma machine perso (j’aime bien prendre un expresso quand je me réveille ;-). Je répète, ce ne sont que des détails

Wir kommen wieder!

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Apartmenthotel Sonnenhof. Trotz unserer späten Anreise war der Check-In kein Problem und es war alles für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, perfekt um direkt los zu wandern. Beim Frühstück hat man eine große Auswahl und alles hat super Qualität und schmeckt hervorragend. Außerdem bekommt man immer Informationen zu aktuellen Geschehnissen/Veranstaltungen in Maria Alm, sodass man seinen Tagesplan daran anpassen kann.

Die Unterkunft liegt in herrlicher Lage. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und lädt ab dem ersten Moment zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Gastgeber und das ganze Personal sind sehr freundlich.

موظفة الاستقبال يجب أن تتحلى بالتعامل الجيد ووقت التشيك اوت أتمنى أن يكون بدلا من 10 صباحا 12 ظهرا توفير غسالة ملابس يكون افضل

لم يعجبني شي

لا توجد ثلاجة والغرفة صغيرة ومتواضعة والموقع سيء لايوجد حولك شي ، اضطريت لحجز سكن اخر لأنه لم يكن مثل ما توقعت حسب تقييم الفندق في بوكينق . ولم استرجع أي مبلغ رغم أني دفعت لمدة 3 ايام وكذلك تم الغاء البطاقة الصيفية عني لأني كنسلت الحجز .
