Great location & breakfast, clean, but dissapointing rooms, promises were not kept. Wouldnt go again

Breakfast was excellent, with a charming and happy hostess! The ski bus stopped directly in front of the hotel

Upfront, they promised rooms next to each other (or very close to each other), but the rooms were far apart, and they were not willing to do to anything about it (they didn't seem to care, as I was traveling as a single parent with young kids). Also, the shower didn't work in 1 room. So only the crane for the bathtub worked, for them this seemed normal and fair. This was noticed before in the reviews (I see now), so it's a long-running problem that they don't seem to want to solve.

Like a home! Perfect place!

Perfect location, clean, nice room. Very helpy, kind staff.. Cousin is really exception. We had half board. The breakfast and the dinner were very delicious. My husband has a tricky, special diet. They solveed everything. Very close to the skilift.

Value for money, not all staff welcoming and unsupportive receptionist

In general it was a nice stay, nice welcome, but the receptionist wasn't there. Closed for dinner unfortunately as we were a larger group, but very nice breakfast. We could park the motorbikes in the garage, nice service.

Unfortunately, our group reduced from 15 to 13 due to Covid and one accident. On arrival we asked, if we could cancel one room, what was agreed by the management. Next morning the terrible surprise by the very firm yet rather unfriendly receptionist, that it wouldn't be possible, due to having booked via booking.com, despite the manager / owner having agreed to the evening before. We would have used the room, if we'd knew we had to pay. But we didn't, and that was really poor guest service and communication by the potentially undertrained staff. The main argument by the receptionist was that we shouldn't have booked via booking.com - it would always be better to book directly... So please do, if you want to stay in this place, but I'd suggest not.

Exceptional

Walking distance to Natrunbahn ski lift. Standard room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable mattress. Best of all was breakfast - continental, fresh, great variety and some interesting choices.

Parking was full on arrival. Space is actually adequate but some guests didn't exactly figure out how to "optimize" it. Receptionist quickly solved the matter by moving his car to a different spot.

Sfeervol hotel op perfecte locatie

Sfeervol typisch oostenrijks hotel met bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruime schone kamers en in het centrum van Maria Alm. Vijf minuten lopen van de pistes en apres ski mogelijkheden. Verrukkelijk ontbijt en ook het diner is zeer aan te raden. Prachtige sauna. Veel parkeerruimte.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien bordjes op de deur bij sauna en ski schoen ruimte...want we stonden per ongeluk in de sauna

Fijn verblijf voor ski vakantie in Maria-Alm.

Fijne locatie in het dorp. We hadden een geheel nieuwe gerenoveerde kamer & goed verzorgd ontbijt (ook glutenvrij)!

Receptioniste was een beetje gek bij incheck, maar goed.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ein traditionelles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Skigebiet ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso örtliche Läden und Restaurants. Es sind genug Parkplätze vor Ort vorhanden und es gibt auch neuere Zimmer ohne Teppich. Das Frühstück ist gut, nicht außergewöhnlich, aber man hatte alles, was man braucht. Rühr-/Spiegelei gibt es auf Anfrage. Auf vorherige Anfrage haben wir auch glutenfreie Brötchen bekommen, die sehr gut waren.

Top Lage, Sehr herzliches Personal

Super Personal, super Lage, Gutes Frühstück

Hatten älteres Zimmer, da wir das eh vorher wussten und diese günstiger waren hatten keinen Anspruch an das Interieur gesetzt, aber leider waren die Bettmatratzen überdurchschnittlich zu hart und Dusche leider null Wasserdruck Service aber wirklich top,sehr herzlich und aufmerksam alle, ist uns wichtiger
