Perfekter Aufenthalt in Maria Alm, mitten im Dorfzentrum.

Perfektes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliche und flexible Gastgeber. Da wir Bergesteigen waren musste wir auf Grund von Wetter früh raus, das Buffet startete ohne Probleme für uns früher. Chapeau!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter bzw. Hotelbetreiber. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Frühstück war richtig lecker, es hat an nichts gefehlt. gerne mal wieder im Hotel Edelweiß.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche Unterstützung und Hinweise bei allem. Im Zimmer haben wir uns trotz der nicht mehr ganz modernen, jedoch sehr praktischen und gemütlichen Ausstattung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war mit großer Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Der Wellnessbereich mit zusätzlichen Aussenliegen sehr großzügig und angenehm.

Die Gegend um das Hotel herum.

Hinter der freundlichen Fassade stecken nicht freundliche Menschen. Wir wurden schlicht und einfach bei dem Preis über den Tisch gezogen.

Ausgezeichnete Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, kann ich empfehlern

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. ALs Teilnehmer der Harley Davidson Chartity Tour war ich etwas zu spät dran, hatte daher nicht die Zeit alles ausreichend zu geniessen.

Aufenthalt war zusammenfassend mittelmäßig bis gut. Jedoch aufgrund der Betten (Matratzen) würde ich es nicht mehr buche

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war mittelmäßig. Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend groß mit großer Auswahl.

Matratzen der Betten in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Dusche im Zimmer funktionierte leider nur bedingt.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für uns wurde im Juni extra die Sauna angeschaltet. Was nach ein paar Tagen Bergwanderung ein absoluter Luxus war und wir konnte die strapazierten Muskeln gut erholen. Nach einer erholsamen Nacht und einem unglaublich guten Frühstück (große Auswahl, viel frisches Obst, frisch zu bereitetem Rührei/Spiegelei) konnten wir gut erholt die nächste Bergtour starten.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr sauber, der Ausblick vom Balkon sehr schön. Das Frühstück war top und die Bedienung sehr freundlich! Die Schönheit der Region ist einfach umwerfend!

Ich habe das Hotel eigentlich wegen dem Wellness Bereich gebucht. Der ist aber nur auf Vor-Bestellung von 16-19.00 Uhr offen, das hat nicht in meine zeitlichen Pläne gepasst und war daher eine kleine Enttäuschung. Weiters waren die Personen und der Fernseher vom Nebenzimmer deutlich hörbar. An der Rezeption gab es dafür keine Ohrenstöpsel - früh schlafen gehen war darum nicht möglich...

Kurzer Weg zur Natrunbahn, sehr freundliches Personal, Wellnessbereich, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel, würde ich für einen Kurzaufenthalt wieder buchen

Qualität und Quantität von Brot und Gebäck beim Frühstück verbesserungsfähig, Ausstattung sauber aber schon in die Jahre gekommen, haben daher das Abendessen nicht gebucht, da uns der Essbereich nicht gefällt

Дуже привітний персонал і чудова організація побуту. Сніданок дуже смачний і різноманітний. Ввечері в готельному ресторані можна було смачно і недорого поїсти. Готель розташований в центрі, близько до всього. При бажанні можна пішки дійти до підйомника - приблизно 500 метрів до станції. Паркінг достатньо великий, проблем з місцем не було.

Було б чудово, якби в номері була кавоварка і/або чайник, але про їх відсутність також було відомо з опису. В номері не було холодильника, як і зазначалося в описі, але був балкон )))

Goeie locatie, ruim opgezet en dicht bij de ski-lift

Bij aankomst moest ik gelijk weer vertrekken agv noodsituatie (paar dagen later overlijden) in mijn directe familie. 1 nacht geslapen en kamer bleef rest van de week leeg. Hotel wilde geen gebaar maken, ik hoef geen restitutie. Maar bijv. Een waardebon voor een volgend bezoek ofzo zou aardig geweest zijn.

Slechte tot zeer slechte WiFi Gordijnen waren 50 cm te smal, dekte de opening niet geheel af. Vloerbedekking lijkt niet geheel schoon te zijn, vlekkerig. Erg gehorig, je kunt de buren horen praten wat er gezegd wordt.
