Just go here and have fun! Amazing hotel for kids

This hotel is absolutely perfect for kids! There is everything you need. Our kids (12yo and 3yo) loved it! We enjoyed every second and we will be soon back because our kids didn ´t stop talking about this hotel. Rooms, food, pool, cinema, gym, playground, staff - everything was great!

High-quality fun place for families in a cold atmosphere

Very high quality installations, equipment and amenities. All in excellent shape, there is nothing broken or worn-out at this place. Our kids loved the wide range of fun activities. The hotel makes an excellent effort in rotating between different activities for old and young. There is a very high degree of attention to detail, plus the whole setup is colourful, children-friendly as well as positively edgy and different. The layout of the sitting / food area right around the gym and climbing park is brilliant. So are the pool and outdoor area. Our kids had a fantastic time overall.

The hotel is full of helicopter parents that are extremely focused on themselves. The atmosphere is anonymous and cold between guests, bordering unfriendliness. The hotel staff is very professional and hard-working, but again on the cold & distant side. You barely receive a smile at this hotel. Although the hotel provides excellent quality, it is overpriced at 800EUR+ the night for a family of five.

Amazing. Would come again! Best hotel ever.

Soo much to do for kids it’s amazing they also have a daily activity form by each hour with things to do. Pool was always a great temperature and did not find one thing dirty the staff kept it to such a high standard it was amazing. Staff were lovely on reception also very helpful with anything we needed. special shout out to the gentleman on reception he was great.

Would have loved baked beans and tomatoes for breakfast that’s the only fault I can find

One of the coolest hotel experiences

This was one of the coolest hotel experiences. Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

Excellent family/kids hotel for a fun ski holiday

Perfect family hotel, very friendly and international staff. Lots of fun things to do for kids in case you don't do wintersport. Ski slopes very close to the hotel, very good food.

We had a room located in the staircase, it was close to the lobby area but a bit noisy in the evening if you wish for an early night sleep.

convenient-everything available for kids. toothbrush in the room, nightlight, toni boxes with toni figures, rain boots,… everything u can think of. super nice people working there and the rooms were big and so was the bathroom. kids bed was super cool and in a separate room without a door but curtains. perfect

nice stay, restaurant service average

accomodation was nice, even the hotel is just partly finished. we missed balcony. it looked cut off the building 😀😀😀 clean room and nice decoration

limited services, when its finished, it will be perfect. the first day we should have a dinner but the staff and service was tragic ( i cannot use the propper word because they would not post my review) we left after an aperizer and our son has the meal because we urged that several times. The following day was buffet dinner so it was better… breakfast was ok…. anyway, for 350 per night you expect a bit more than this

Tolles Kinderhotel in sehr guter Lage mit umfangreichen Angeboten

Tolle Lage und umfangreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten. Kulinarisch einmalig.

Tische wurden sehr schnell abgeräumt-volle Getränke und Teller waren weg sobald man den Tisch kurz verlassen hat um beispielsweise noch etwas vom Buffet zu holen. Ist schade und eine Verschwendung. Übliche Kritikpunkte wie fremde Haare im Zimmer (Bad und Bett). Personal war jedoch größtenteils sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Tolles u. sehr umfangreiches Angebot für Kinder, alles was man sich wünscht. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. In ein paar Minuten direkt am Lift. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles top 👍 👍

Phantastisch!!!

Das EdeRFriDa heißt nicht nur „Verrücktes Familienhotel“, sondern es lebt es auch! Hier sind Kinder die Könige und Eltern können somit automatisch in den Entspannungsmodus schalten! Service wird groß geschrieben und umsichtig umgesetzt! Die Lage ist ganz prima, 200 Meter hinter dem Haus kann man mit dem Schlepplift rüber ins Skigebiet an der Natrunbahn starten, in welchem die Kinder-/ Skikurse stattfinden, alternativ fährt alle 30 Minuten der Skibus vor dem Hotel.

Super Hotel um mit den Kindern zusammen Spaß zu haben.

Viele unterschiedliche Aktivitäten für jedes Alter von Kinder. Booking hatte am Anfang ein Fehler in der Personen Anzahl gehabt, war aber kein Problem und wurde durch kompetente Mitarbeiter geregelt

Zu viele Gäste und zu unübersichtlich. Ein erwachsener muss immer mit den Kindern sein (gibt keine aufsicht oder Bewachung an den Ausgängen)

Gibt’s Nix dort wird auf vieles geachtete ,wir waren in Zeit wo dort umgebaut wird wegen Lärm am Morgen Früh bekam jeder Gast Gutschein für nächste Reise oder sofort einlösbar .

- Preis ist doch sehr hoch - Bücher im Kaminzimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen - alles sehr dunkel, im Herbst gemütlich, aber im Sommer eher druckend

Super schöner, enspannender Aufenthalt.

Das Essen war aussergewöhnlich gut. Für kleine Kinder ist das Hotel perfekt, aber auch unsere Teenies konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen

Als wir ankamen, mussten wir all unsere Daten erneut eingeben, obwohl ich bereits vorab per Mail abgefragt wurde. Das Ganze hat recht lange gedauert, weil das Tablet vor Ort nicht so recht wollte. Die Hilfestellung der Rezeption war dabei mäßig. Während des Aufenthalts lernten wir aber ander Rezeptionsmitarbeiter kennen und die waren immer besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles in allem tutti kompletti wunderbar 😊

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Kinder sind super beschäftigt. Viel Auswahl an Gerichten (Buffet). Essen ist auch ansprechend und lecker. Man bekommt den ganzen Tag über frische Getränke und Säfte (Entsafter). Trotz der vielen Kinder ist es einigermaßen leise. Auch außerhalb des Hotels gibt es vieles zu entdecken und die Natur ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Service ist sehr sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Leider gibt es für uns ein Manko. Die Zimmer wurden leider nicht gut genug gereinigt. Die Wände im Bad sollten regelmäßig gereinigt werden, ebenso sollten dringend die Silikonfugen erneuert werden. Das WC ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad riecht muffig.

Te gekke hotelbelevenis waar kinderen alles krijgen wat hun hart begeert

Uniek hotel waar je je kinderen vrij kan laten en waar je zelf dus wat rust krijgt.

Het enige wat het hotel mist is wat meer prikkelarme, rustige plekken en een deur tussen de slaapplek van de ouders en de kinderen.

Sehr viele Bespaßungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, das Buffet wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

Durch die Selbstbedienung der Kinder teilweise chaotische und unhygienische Zustände am Buffet. Keine ausreichenden Liegen im Außenbereich und die Liegen, die vorhanden waren, waren leider kaputt oder unbequem.

Preis Leistung stimmte leider nicht

Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool, der Rennbahn und im Indoor Spielplatz

Meiner Meinung nach sind Preis-Leistung hier nicht korrekt. Wir waren ja jetzt noch vor der Saison dort. Trotzdem kam es vor, dass die vom Hotel angebotenen Aktivitäten wie Rollschuhfahren, Gokart oder Zipline ausgebucht waren. Das fand ich sehr schade. Ebenfalls waren nicht genügend Liegen am Pool für alle Gäste. Was den Service im Restaurantbereich angeht; Teller wurden selten abgeräumt. Getränkebestellungen waren selten am Tisch möglich, da man ignoriert wurde. Man hat auch Gespräche vom Personal mitbekommen, dass sie unterbesetzt sind. Alles in allem hätten wir bei dem gezahlten Preis mehr erwartet. Auch die Zimmer waren nichts besonderes. Auf die Terrasse bei einem Dreibettzimmer passte gerade mal ein Stuhl mit kleinem Tisch.
