Zentrale Lage, Eifelturm nur 10min Fußweg entfernt. Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Aufzug bis zum 7.OG.

The Location is Amazing, you can see the top of Eiffel tower from the window, close metro station, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants, Eiffel tower 8 minute walk, Arc of Triumph 30 min walk lovely location, it has a lift. Staff are helpful and responsive
Could be cleaner, the wooden floor is very noisy so is impossible to walk around without all the noise and neighbours kept knocking on the wall, bathroom is really tiny, and shower head holder was broken so showering was difficult, water went everywhere.
There is a massive wooden box hanging in the narrow corridor we kept bumping our shoulders in to it. (Hurts)
There were works on the neighbouring flats so there was constant hammering and drilling, our water was cut off for half a day and this meant no toilet for 5 people.
