Die Lage ist top! 2 Minuten von der Bahn . Man kann auch zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm 20 Minuten. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Kleiner Supermarkt daneben. Einfach top Lage. War auch recht ruhig. Schlafzimmer Matratze sehr bequem. Die Schlafcouch war an sich auch okay. Die zwei Betten haben meine Kinder geschlafen, waren auch gut. Küche hat an sich was man braucht. Im großen und ganzen eine sehr gute Wohnung.
Der Geruch wenn man reinkommt ist recht unangenehm. Als wäre der Abfluss irgendwie falsch angeschlossen..haben immer gleich gelüftet beim Reinkommen. Keine Möglichkeit zum verdunkeln im Wohnzimmer, da man ja dort auch schlafen soll sehr problematisch. Wir haben improvisiert.

La cercanía a la torre, metro en frente y estando en un lugar tan céntrico no se escuchaba nada, y dormías tranquilamente.
El baño tiene un poco de olor a viejo por más limpio que esté, pero solucionado con la puerta cerrada :)
