Not enough storage space for clothes-some hanging space and a couple of shelves (one too high to be easily accessible) isn’t enough for two people for a 5 day stay.

Tropical paradise on Koh Lanta, perfect for a relaxing holiday

The hotel with its little bungalows is absolutely fantastic, like a tropical paradise. It is very silent and overall the most relaxing stay we could imagine. It is directly at the beach, serves a great breakfast, Man was always very welcoming at the breakfast and Tiger at the reception made sure we did not miss anything.

We really loved our stay here, there is nothing we could complain about. The rooms have 3 beds, a single bed and a double bed which is more like one and a half size. If you want to sleep together, this might be a bit small, but it is definitely cozy.

Very nice room as small houses surrounding a nice garden. Comfortable private deck where you can relax or work with your laptop facing the garden. Quiet and private.

Well beyond expectations

The range of food for breakfast was brilliant. We loved the setting with a lovely landscaped area with cockerels and hens wandering round each day. Though not many seem to use the restaurant in the evening the quality of food when we did use it was excellent also. Rooms were well fitted and beds excellent. The swimming pool area was lovely with sufficient sun beds, and surprises like staff giving us fresh fruit on during the day was much appreciated. A big shout out to Cozys Restaurant, 10 minutes walk that does excellent Thai Tapas. Good to see a quality menu with different options.

We did not appreciate that the closest part of Long beach was very rocky and that you can only walk to the sandy part at low tide. We did not have a car but were able to use a tuk tuk for a 10 minute journey rather than a 25 minute walk to Long Beach along a busy road.

Wonderful stay at lovely friendly property with great staff and breakfast

Rooms were large with great fridge and small freezer compartment. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, set by the pool in the shade, with fresh coffee. Man and the team really looked after us. A short walk to the lovely Long beach was perfect, with loads of bars, restaurants, massage places and shops within easy walking distance. We also hired scooters from reception.

Great location moments from the beach and an array of restaurants and shops along the main road. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast selection. Plenty of sun loungers around a peaceful pool area.

The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable - this really was the main thing that let it down unfortunately. Very noisy chickens on the resort that woke us up every morning. Would have been nice to have some sort of gym/workout area.

Too expensive for what they offer

It is a nice not too big resort with decent sized semi-attached bungalows. The staff was really nice. The location is absolutely fine, please consider that you can walk with low tide to Long Beach where you can swim. That is in the morning and afternoon (in Nov/Dec). It is also very quiet and tranquil.

For the price, the place is a bit outdated and worn. I was shocked when I entered the reception, because I was expecting a bit of luxury. The reception looked like an office which was also used as a storage. Do not get me wrong, I would be totally satisfied with everything (also pool and breakfast) if it was not 150 Euro a night. Price-performance ration was not ok at all.

Great hotel and staff, but serious issues with lost item and bites

The hotel and room were very good, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Overall, the experience was positive.

However, two serious issues affected my stay: my Chanel sunglasses went missing from the room and were never recovered, and I was bitten during the night by something in the room. The bite marks continued to spread over the following three days, which was concerning.

The rooms are nice and beds comfy with two pillows but the room isn’t overly big for a deluxe double. The breakfast not too bad.

I’m not sure booking.com’s 4 star rating is true it’s more a 3 star with an expensive price tag. The beach is all rock unless you walk 10/15 mins down, the pool is mostly in the shade so only a few loungers actually have sun and be warned the stone paving round the pool is crippling on your feet ! The bar / restaurant lacks any atmosphere and and all round feels a bit old and tired. Lastly the walk to the street is down an unlit dirt track not enjoyable for a lone woman and again not 4 star expectations.

Lane way from main road to access hotel is not properly paved so can be wet after rain and slippy in the mud Not beach access directly as beach beside hotel is full of rocks and not swimmable but only need to walk 10 minutes to access beach.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful one-week stay here. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, with variety of fresh fruits. The location was also perfect — quiet, yet close to restaurants, and it was super easy to get around by scooter. We highly recommend Treeya Lanta!

Best place to stay in Koh Lanta!

Everything! A little slice of heaven meters from the beach. It's all newly renovated, the rooms are beautiful with the most comfortable and big beds, bathroom of dreams so large and modern, a beautiful garden and pool. We were there for our honeymoon and they decorated the room for us, super cute! We were treated like royalty, one of many examples we went for a swim in the pool and came out someone has left towels and a glass of orange juice waiting for us without asking. Breakfast is delivered to the door at a time you request. Praweena (Som 🍊 🧡) welcomed us like we were old friends she was such a delight as was every member of staff we met. We were very sad to leave! Look no further for your stay in Koh Lanta

We loved Treeya Lanta! We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We loved the atmosphere: very relaxing, beautiful, green! The staff are helpful, kind, and able to accommodate everything you need. We recommend a dinner by the private chef; he's an excellent cook! Treeya is a short walk to the beach and within reach of convenient stores and very good restaurants.

Honestly everything was satisfactory, if not beyond our expectations :)

A peaceful garden retreat

A nice peaceful garden property with a pool and nice outdoor dining space. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and well maintained and decorated.

You need transport to access the better swimming beaches as the nearest beach is very rocky and has a bit of litter.

Lovely and peaceful, quiet location, just what we were looking for, staff were great, very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax.

Beautiful quiet hotel

The room was spacious and stylish. The surroundings beautiful nestled amongst the foliage. Pool was lovely and enough sunbeds. Beach 3 minute walk, also a beach bar. Further 5 minute walk along the beach more bars and boulder free, lots of sand. Staff amazing!! Very peaceful.

Beautiful accommodation in quiet area of Koh Lanta

Beautiful setting right near the beach. Lush green grounds, amazing pool. Friendly staff. Room was nicely appointed too. Can’t swim at beach out the front (approximately 500m walk to swimming beach) but it’s a nice walk. There are beach bars close by and other tasty restaurants on the main road (Mawee and Spaghetti by Mangia)

Perfect stay in Koh Lanta

We stayed in a deluxe hut/bungalow. The room was very nice with a lovely patio. The garden is quiet and really beautiful, like walking into an oasis. They have cats and hens walking around the garden. The staff were exceptionally great, being very pleasant and service minded. The hotel helped us with renting a scooter, laundry and airport transfer - all to a good price. Breakfast was lovely, and had everything you would need. Pool area was inviting. Location is at the south end of Long Beach, which requires some minutes walking before reaching a part of the beach where swimming was possible. We didn’t mind. We loved our stay, and will book the hotel again for our next time in Koh Lanta!

Tropical Paradise at the start of Long Beach!

A 10/10 experience, with a beautiful chalet style apartment tucked away into an oasis of nature - at the start of Long Beach with an easy accessible walkway (when the tide is out). The roommate fantastic and the best we’ve had since on our trip in Thailand. The photos really do not do it justice! A beautiful bedroom, a beautiful porch (where you can relax on) and a garden full of animals and plants that really gave us the feeling of being away in a tropical paradise. The breakfast and swimming pool were really good too, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would absolutely stay here again. (Car rental and moped rental is available at a very cheap price but we didn’t need it). The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us book onward travel, arranging a taxi and even calling up a spa and booking us an appointment days in advance! Thank you Treeya Lanta!

Beautiful setting in a great location!

Beautiful environment, such a calm oasis and a minute walk to the beach with lovely bars etc. The staff were lovely and super helpful and breakfast was good! You can hire motorbikes and get your laundry done at the hotel.

The bed was super hard and quite uncomfortable however we got used to this after a couple of nights. There was only one pillow each. Rooms were a little tired.

Lovely stay

We loved staying here it feels like you're in a small jungle resort with nature all around you and 5 minutes walk to the beach just outside the pool area. The pool was super clean and staff were on hand to help. We even rented our scooter from the hotel at a very good rate. The place was decorated and maintained as well as it can be in the humidity.

I would say it would be great if they could offer more variety of food choices at the hotel specifically at the pool area.
