Below expectations and poorly maintained

Good location near metro and lots of places to eat. Check-in was easy.

The pictures look great but not what as it is in real. Many things are broken due to poor maintenance. Kitchen lights and stove ventilation doesn’t work so we did not used it. Host was complacent when I mentioned it. Bathroom is small but understandable considering it’s an old building. However, it was really cold (outside temperature) which made it extra uncomfortable. There was also no basic things such as (hand)soap, shampoo, etc. Dish soap was diluted which kind of says a lot about the hospitality in my experience.

Bathroom very small. No plug near hob to plug in kettle & toaster. Had to plug kettle in on floor. Noisy children in neighbouring flats. Communal corridor & stairs very dated.

Horrible place

Horrible place to stay. The most horrible place I have ever stayed in Paris. The elevator doesn't work. Hair everywhere. The internet doesn't work. The bathroom is super small. They put water in the body shower. I asked for a refund.

location is perfect, just next to the exit of Metro, supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

the bathroom is too small, very narrow passage between the toilet, basin and the bathing area, i can say it is not safe for people to pass through to and from bathing area especially the floor is wet, even for people like us in a bit skinny size. The kitchen ventilator was not working, so i could not cook by frying, otherwise the smoke and the cooking smell cannot be removed effectively.

The metro station was next to the flat.

Too expensive, rough area, the person running the flat doesn't speak English, it was cold, small bathroom. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Bene ma non tanto

La posizione e molto comoda, il metro e sotto casa e non si sente neanche, asciugamani bianchi e puliti, il letto abbastanza comodo e la biancheria da letto era pulita e profumata, riscaldamento si può regolare in autonomia

La porta del bagno non si chiudeva (dovuto incastrare un pezzo di fazzoletto ogni volta), la finestra in camera non si chiudeva bene (la parte sopra rimane aperta), la pulizia generale non è al massimo, le piastrelle in bagno erano molto sporche e le guarnizioni dell box doccia non tengono bene per qui l'acqua andava sul tappeto, mancava ferro da stiro, un po' rumoroso per la gente che passa nel corridoio (si sente l'ascensore, come parlano, come si chiude e si apre la porta anche sugli altri piani)

Tour Petit bémol pour l’ascenseur qui était en maintenance le jour de mon arrivée mais après c’était réglé

Mooie locatie fijne ruimte, kleine badkamer

De locatie, dicht bij metro, vol op leuke eettentjes, bakker supermarkt, apotheek en zo veel meer. Compacte ruimte bed lag heerlijk

Wij kwamen aan en de lift was kapot. Wij hadden deze plek mede gekozen ivm de lift. Het was voor mij gezondheidtechnisch afzien. De voordeur gaat moeilijk open. Er is 1 sleutel. Zodra de ander weggaat is die de sleutel nodig om terug te komen. Voordeur is soort metalen kluis. Deze kun je niet zonder sleutel openen. Wc doucheruimte voor kleine smalle mensen. Persoonlijk zouden wij de wasbak weghalen voor aangenamere ruimte. Je kunt amper in en uit de douche nu. Douche was fijn. Helaas was er geen douchegel en shampoo meer. Hadden we bewust niet meegenomen zou er zijn. Gelukkig keus genoeg in de buurt. Al met al fijne plek met wat kleine minpuntjes.

Ótima! Super recomendo

Tudo muito organizado, limpo, e mesmo sendo pequeno é perfeito, foi ótimo para nós! Fora o metro estar literalmente saindo da porta do prédio. Muitos comércios e restaurantes perto, e mesmo chegando bem a noite rua bem movimentada

Não teve nada que nos desagradou, mas realmente o banheiro é bem pequenininho, não entram duas pessoas, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. O único “problema” que tivemos foi com as escadas, o prédio está com o elevador quebrado, e subir 3 lances com as malas foi difícil, e na hora de ir embora também, saímos de madrugada e foi desafiador descer as malas sem fazer baralho para não incomodar os vizinhos

Appartamento molto piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Vicino all'appartamento sono disponibili negozi di ogni genere. Metropolitana di fronte comodissima.

Sarà perché sono italiana ma per me l'ospitalità è un'altra cosa. Mai vista la proprietaria: mi ha mandato un messaggio il giorno prima della partenza dicendomi che dovevo pagare immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno e non in loco e che avrei trovato le chiavi nella cassetta della posta; al termine della vacanza ho dovuto scriverle io per sapere dove lasciargliele. Per me inaudito

Ubytování bylo přímo u vchodu do metra a v blízkosti obchodu. I když je ubytování opravdu maličké, tak je dobře vybavené a čisté. Ocenili jsme velkou skříň, velkou ledničku a plně funkční troubu. Ubytování bylo také otočené do dvora, takže jsme měli absolutní klid od ruchu z ulic. Příjemný byl také pan majitel, se kterým byla dobrá domluva.

Jediné minus byla velmi chladná koupelna, byla tam opravdu zima (asi kvůli větráku nebo špatnému oknu).

La struttura è in un ottimo punto, metro sotto casa, locali per bere e supermercati vicino casa, museo della tecnologia vicino casa alla fine potevi andare dove volevi

Personalmente, quindi un fatto soggettivo l'odore di spezie indiane che si sentiva mentre salivi o scendevi le scale, ma li non ci si può far niente. E poi il bagno è piccolo, ma anche qui non ci si può far niente, tutto il resto era perfetto.
