Great location! Super close to the station Pantin of RER E train, which is 2 stops from Gare du Nord. Also close enough to line 5. The canal is right next to the apartment with lively neighborhoods, parks, music halls, museums.
The AC doesn't really work very well, and it makes a very loud noise. During the heatwave, this makes the stay much less comfortable.

Superbe petit studio fonctionnel à 2 pas du RER et du métro et à distance idéale du zénith à seulement 10 minutes à pieds.
Propre avec bonne isolation phonique et lumineuse sur l’extérieur.

Le studio est bien situé, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions d'accueil (thé, café, tisanes, sucre...) ainsi que la proximité des transports, des commerces, du canal et de la Villette. Accessibilité simple et pratique surtout quand on arrive tard de la gare.
Petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique.
