Pontin apartment

Communication with the staff was great,very quick response.Very good location.

Not very clean,beds and bedding quite unpleasant.Broken toilet flashing was making noise all day and night.Smell of cigarettes from the hall.

Very cheap but basic accomodation when you visit Halle De La Vilette. You get what you pay for

Getting the keys was quite the challenge but we got a lot of help from the owner explaining where they were. Location was very good for a visit to the Vilette Hall.

The couch that turns into a bed needs to be replaced, the mousse had become so thin that you basicly sleep on iron bars.

It is just to "sleep" and nothing else.

The kitchen facilities was clean and like we saw on the pictures.

The toilet facilities, need some maintenance, the sofa/ bed should be ready for us, because we mentioned that we will arrive very late and nothing was there for us to drink/ eat. The pillow looks dirty and used. The bed sheets apparently was clean. The host took their time to give us the code to access the key, it was not clear where to find it. I was communicate with 2 numbers. Has a suggestion for the next guest, send them a picture please. Also, make it a effort to write in another launguage, like your guest make it to communicate.

Good lowcost option to stay in Paris, just be prepared for the street level access

Good and timely communication with owner, clean and tidy place, near the Metro station.

The appartment is directly on street level with big windows, which was a bit concerning about safety. Also there were air wents next to windows facing to street, so you could hear everything from the street and vice versa. The whole appartment stunk from waste piping, combining this with worries to open the windows towards the street was not a pleasant situation. Room was not ready for 4 people, the bed for kids had to be made up from scratch. The main bed was iron construction, but so loose, it made incredible noise on every movement on the bed. The owner refused to communicate in English adviced us to use translator if we do not understand French.

Bastante barato para ser cerca de Paris pero muy malas instalaciones y limpieza

Era realmente barato, muy amable el chico, nos dejó dejar las maletas antes de la entrada prevista.

El menaje de cocina estaba sucio, en general no tenia buena limpieza el apartamento. Los edredones estaban sucios con manchas, las puertas estaban con manchas de manos marcadas. El WC hacía bastante ruido al tirar de la cisterna, la zona donde se ubica el apartamento era bastante mala, no había seguridad en el entorno, trapicheos con drogas y tabaco…

Le fait qu’on entende tout, l’isolation, le bruit dans la salle de bain toute la nuit, dur de bien dormir, l’odeur en entrant dans la maison et surtout dans la salle de bain, ne pas se sentir en sécurité avec tout ses bruits.

Généralement répond aux attentes calme, et contient tout c qui est essentiel pour le séjour

Manque de quelque detail pour la cuisine notamment les épices , et le sucre . L hotesse était très serviable en ramenant un " berrad pour le the". Quelque details manquant en salle de bain notamment en nombre pour répondre au besoin d une famille avec enfants. Ceci N affectant pas le niveau de satisfaction globale .

Le seul truc que j’ai aimé c’est la cuisine parce qu’elle est belle propre, rame cassé et le lit de chambre était confortable

le Propriétaire ne répond pas difficile à récupérer les clés Et l’autre hôte m’a appelé à je sais quelle heure en gros trois heures après pour répondre, c’est vraiment pas sympa. Quartier un peu bruyant, vu que c’est le rez-de-chaussée, c’est dommage. Par contre, l’eau du robinet de la cuisine grise Un pot de fleurs devant la porte d’entrée Pas de réseau wi-fi pour mettre sur notre téléphone mais la télé a bien la wi-fi pour mettre YouTube ou je-ne-sais-quoi La chasse d’eau est cassée, ils n’ont même pas réparé Effectivement, la serpillière était sale Le canapé du salon en noir gris bizarre c’est même pas nettoyé même pas propre

L'unica cosa positiva è che con i mezzi si arrivava tranquillamente in centro, anche se non è vicinissimo

La peggiore esperienza mai fatta. Molto sporco, da avere schifo ad appoggiare la testa sul cuscino, il 2' letto (divano letto) NON va bene per 2 persone che non siano bambini piccoli. Mancanza di teli bagno (1 a testa con il quale asciugarsi tutto...ma proprio tutto). Bagno pessimo e sporco. L'unica cosa carina era la cucina, peccato che a noi non servisse. Ho contattato la struttura che non mi ha per nulla aiutato, neanche con almeno delle federe decenti ed un asciugamano in più x asciugarsi il viso. Sarebbe bastato non mettere la disponibilità di certe cose sul sito, almeno una persona sa che se le deve portare..ma arrivare e trovarsi in qsta situazione...non c'era neanche la carta igienica. L'essere economico è un conto..ma qsta è un'altra cosa!!

Muy buena estancia, piso calentito y buena distribución

El piso estaba súper limpio, y era súper calentito. Y la distribución genial, con el baño al lado de la entrada, luego la cocina y la sala de estar y por último la habitación. Además está al lado del metro, el tranvía, de una boulangerie y del Leclerc y Carrefour. Vamos que tiene todas las comodidades.

Pedí cuna y cuando fui a buscarla para montarla me di cuenta de que no estaba y ya era demasiado tarde para llamar. Para mejorar : prevenir que la cafetera es Senseo, hubiera traído cápsulas para tener café al llegar.

A szállás Párizsban kifejezetten olcsónak számít. Fapados, de tiszta és közel van egy metrómegállóhoz. A tulajdonos gyorsan válaszol a felmerülő kérdésekre.

A wifi jelszó és a kijelentkezési idő nincs kiírva a szállás adatlapján és a szálláson sem, ezekre úgy kellett rákérdezni. Alapvetően kicsi a tér és a kanapé nem a legkényelmesebb alváshoz.

Fijne locatie vlakbij metro 5 en tram 3b dus zo in Parijs en fijn appartement met goed bed en fijne badkamer.

Er zou wel een tafeltje bij de bank kunnen zijn om je kopje of glas neer te zetten. Is niet echt lastig maar onhandig.

Pas très accueillant.

Le logement est pratique à proximité du métro.

En revanche, il n'est pas fait pour 4, le canapé lit n'est vraiment pas confortable et il n'y a pas 4 sièges permettant de manger autour de la table. L'appartement avait été bien nettoyé avant notre arrivée mais le soir même nous avions une invasion de fourmi et des petites blattes. Pour finir, ce n'est pas de chance mais les travaux en face n'arrange rien, le bruit commence dès 8h.

L’appartamento si trova in una palazzina proprio curata, al piano terra. Le foto ingannano un po’, non è presente un tavolo con sedie e il letto è molto piccolo. Abbiamo fatto una richiesta all’host ma non ci ha mai risposto.

Échanges avec le propriétaire très froid. Hygiène des lieux à revoir. Une aération dans la chambre qui fait rentrer tous les bruits de l'extérieur ( impression que les piétons sont dans la chambre ). Extracteur d'air dans la salle de bain qui refoule l'égout.
