New Apartment near Champs Elysées

Location is great , next to markets restaurants and cafe. Very central. It was cozy , quiet and enough for a paris visit.

They forgot to clean the apartment upon my arrival (it seems the owner have multiple apartments - so an order to clean the apartment was not there) - it happens , so i had to wait for 1-1.30h in a restaurant. Then the stay was very nice.

Beautiful and clean studio apartment near Champ Élysées. It was comfortable and just want we needed for our stay. It was a really great location on a lovely street with everything you could want! However the check in experience was stressful. Firstly we contact the property in advanced to say we would be arriving at 8pm. We were told to contact when we got there. However when we got there we were called by a cleaner who did not have English who was trying to instruct us how to complete complicated process of getting in (3 doors with 2 keys) it was very hard to understand and made for a very stressful start to our holiday. The communication continued to be poor when we were told we were leaving 2 days early by the cleaner! I would recommend photos in advance to help travellers with checking in.

Great location

Facilities: My stay was unfortunately very disappointing. Several essential facilities did not work properly. The washing machine was not functioning, the AC/heating system did not work, and the hot water supply was extremely limited. Every shower lasted under five minutes before turning cold, forcing me to rush and even leaving shampoo in my hair on multiple occasions. This is not acceptable for a property advertised as fully equipped. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was not at the level expected. While not the worst, it was clearly below standard and did not feel properly prepared for a guest’s arrival. Host communication: The host was not responsive or caring when I raised concerns. I had to repeatedly follow up to get any help. Instead of addressing the heating issue, he initially expected me to buy a heater myself. When the maid came, she checked the tap as if to prove there was hot water, but this did not reflect the actual problem — the water runs out almost immediately. The attitude felt dismissive rather than supportive. Overall experience: Although the maid eventually brought a heater and showed where the cutlery was, the core issues remained unresolved. The lack of functioning facilities, poor communication, and the stress caused by rushing showers and dealing with cold temperatures made the stay far below expectations. I was in Paris for important meetings, and these problems added unnecessary pressure and discomfort. I would not recommend this property until these issues are properly addressed.
