Little boudoir of Paris Champs-Elysées

The apartment has a strategical position, 15 minutes walking from the Arc de Triomphe and in a very-well served area with supermarkets, restaurants, etc., but also in a quiet place. No noise at all, even during the rush hours. The host is extremely kind and promptly responsive and provided useful information for access the house and generally speaking for the stay. He/she also accommodated my request of an early check-in for work reasons. Wi-fi works well.

The cleaning service and the furnitures of the apartment. I paid an extra for the early check-in, but unfortunately the house hadn't been cleaned very well before my arrival (probably also for lack of time) . The stair that connects to the mezzanine was sticky and dusty, and the curtains at the entrance really need a wash. The closet is small, sufficient for one person to put few clothes. It would be useful to provide small recycling bins to differentiate the rubbish. Finally, I suggest to provide a bigger bath towel since there were only two small ones.

Trop petit pour être occupé par 4 personnes. Propreté peut mieux faire. Salle de bain minuscule.

Location

Bed is a 'bunk bed' with a small ladder and limited headroom to get into.

Unfortunately the property was in a very noisy location, the bar/restaurant next door was open until late and had a constantly running air conditioning unit/washing machine which made the apartment very noisy and so it was difficult to sleep. This was compounded by other noisy neighbour who were doing d.i.y late in to the night or washing clothes etc and as the walls of the apartment were so thin the noise bled in. The property is also much smaller than the pictures make it look, the main issue being with the bed on the raised platform, the distance from bed to ceiling made it impossible to sit up in bed, and the bed needed to be accessed by crawling on to it. We chose to sleep on the sofa bed in the end due to concerns around safety.
