Little boudoir of Paris Champs-Elysées

I had everything I needed and the design is very good, so that the main room felt spacious. I liked that it was a peaceful location, facing onto a private courtyard and not the street. I had a table and chair to work as well as a setee and good wifi. Shops, street stalls and restaurants are nearby. The ladder for the mezanine bed and the amount of headroom (I could still sit up) was fine for me, but would not be for everyone, but there is a sofa bed alternative.

I have no complaints. If I had been interested to watch TV, which I never do, the screen was quite small. It might be helpful to have instructions for the heating in English as well as French?

Great location. Had everything you needed and we felt very safe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have easy access to most sites in Paris via the metro/walking etc/airport.

Great location. Lovely studio. Compact but with everything we needed.

Nothing

Excellent location for exploring Paris, easy access to metro etc. affordable

Unfortunately the property was in a very noisy location, the bar/restaurant next door was open until late and had a constantly running air conditioning unit/washing machine which made the apartment very noisy and so it was difficult to sleep. This was compounded by other noisy neighbour who were doing d.i.y late in to the night or washing clothes etc and as the walls of the apartment were so thin the noise bled in. The property is also much smaller than the pictures make it look, the main issue being with the bed on the raised platform, the distance from bed to ceiling made it impossible to sit up in bed, and the bed needed to be accessed by crawling on to it. We chose to sleep on the sofa bed in the end due to concerns around safety.
