Great spot and good looking modern appartement

Well located, new looking apartment for a center building, gave free coffee, sponge and soap, easy to get in and out the place.

The chemical fragrance smell on the sleeping couch made me sick. But this could be a personal thing.

Parfait!

Everything! Very spacious for Paris standard, very clean, facilities were excellent: they provide everything that a traveller needs to feel at home. The bed was very comfortable with very clean sheets, the kitchen corner was well-equipped and very clean too. They even provide a washing machine with a dryer too (although we didn’t have time to use it). The suite is on the ground floor and that makes it very convenient for us. Location-wise, it was very near to l’Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and Charles de Gaulle Étoile metro station. And Mickael was very responsive and very accomodative. We were allowed to check in early since there was no guest checked in on the day of arrival. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Paris next time!!!

Location and the generous space of the residence.

The hotwater arrangement was not enough for more than two people to take bath. The third person had to wait for an hour to get the hot water. Since it is an apartment residence, therefore, technical assistance is not provided for 24 / 7.

Fantastic, very well-kept apartment located near the Arc de Triomphe with good accessibility across all of Paris. Great value, and the hosts are very accommodating. Great size as well.

Öncelikle Paris şehri için büyük bir stüdyo daire,mobilyalar yeni ve temiz. Özellikle çarşaf ve havlular çok temizdi

Çünkü ilanda dairenin dükkandan eve dönüştüğünü fotoğraflarından anlayamıyorsunuz gidince bir hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorsunuz camları açmak imkansız çünkü dükkan camları ve açtığınız an sokaktaki insanlar içeri bakıyor kaldırıma var direk kapının ve camın önünde tüm ses içeride yaz ayında bu daire kaldığımı düşünemiyorum nasıl havalandırma yapılacak? Bir diğer sorun evin su ısıtma sistemi bir kişi banyo yapıyor 2. Kişi mümkün değil su soğuyor 40 dk kadar suyun ısınmasını bekliyorsunuz biz 3 kişi konakladık ve sürekli banyo sıcak su sorunu yaşadık bekleyerek duş almak zorunda kaldık buna başka bir çözüm bulunmalı. Ama en olumsuz sorun buranın orijinalinde bir daire değil iş yeri dükkan olması ! Tadilatla daire yapılmış ama havalandırma nasıl olacak? ve tabiki ses yalıtım sorunu

La localisation

C’est le pire endroit où nous avons séjourné. La chambre à coucher est minuscule et pas de place pour les valises et le rangement. Incapable de contrôler la température, Il faisait donc très très chaud. Quant à l’insonorité, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue et les gens qui parlent. Très déplaisant. La douche est toute petite et difficile d’accès, sauf pour les gens très très minces. Il y a de la moisissure sur le rideau de douche et sur une porte. C’est dégoûtant . Les lumières de la salle de bain ne sont pas fonctionnels. Plusieurs interrupteurs sont brisés. Quant à la « cuisine », il s’agit plutôt d’un placard dont les portes ne ferment pas. La vaisselle est insuffisante. J’étais bien contente de quitter cet endroit.

La situation , l'espace et les équipements . bonne literie .

Quels dommages , un rideau de douche dans état déplorable , l'interrupteur de la salle de bains à moitié démonté , l'écoulement du lavabo très long , les portes du placard cuisine à moitié démonter . Le mot LUXURY ne correspond pas tout à fait !! Dommage il suffirait de réparer ces choses et changer le rideau de douche à 10 € .

Eine wunderschöne Suite für 4 Pers. möglich, mitten in Paris beim Arc de Triomphe. Metro fußläufig in ca. 4 Min. erreichbar. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Becker... in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zugang zum Apartment mit PIN. Kommunikation bei Fragen "sehr herzlich und freundlich" (Englisch)! Preisleistung mehr als erfüllt! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
