Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Jasne mieszkanie. Fajnie, że był duży stół, gdzie można wygodnie zjeść posiłek. Odnowiona kamienica.
Mieszkanie jest na zdjęciach większe niż w rzeczywistosci. Okropnie śmierdzące ręczniki- masakra. Polecam zabrać swoje! Podloga stara klimatyczna, ale bardzo zniszczona i głośna.

Great situation, 400yds, sorry mtrs, from the Arc de Triomphe, on a one-way side street, but not too busy in the night and reasonable soundproofing in the bedroom.. Appropriately decorated and comfortable for two - the communal parts of the building were being decorated whilst we were there. Good facilities in the area for basics and the area feels completely safe.
We arraived just at the end of the very hot period, the owners had thoughtfully left a fan on in the bedroom, but we needed it. Might be hot at night in the height of summer, doesn't have air-conditioning, might be important for some - for us the location was more important.

De locatie is perfect en ook redelijk ruim voor Parijse begrippen. Eigenaar reageert snel.
Dat we zelf de meubels moesten verschuiven om de bedbank op te maken. Ook bleek het gasfornuis het niet te doen (reden om voor een appartement te kiezen ipv hotel). WC-papier was voor drie personen te weinig. Eigenaar reageert dan wel snel maar uiteindelijk moet je de zaken toch zelf oplossen.
