The best part about this property is the location. The negatives include mediocre support from the property management company, the washer/dryer did not work well and the ventilation system pipes in cigarette smoke from the upstairs apartment.

I stayed here with my three children and the location was fantastic, steps from the Arc du Triomphe. The apartment itself is wonderful- quite roomy, comfortable beds, and very clean and modern. The only drawback is it’s on the ground floor with windows opening into a courtyard. In the heat of summer without AC, you’ll be opening windows just feet from people walking past you so there is no privacy and certainly I wasn’t comfortable leaving them open at night. On top of that, there’s massive construction happening in the courtyard so we had workers banging right outside the window starting at 8am, and again if you open your windows they are right there. This is not complaint- I understand there’s nothing the property owner could do to remedy this, but I do think you should be aware if you are traveling in summer, and perhaps the management company should pass it along. All in all, we loved our stay and would go back- when construction is over! Don’t miss the nearby cafe with the flowers- see photos!
