Great for big family. We enjoyed this apartment a lot. The area is perfect and the beds are great. It's a little more dated than the photo's show but it worked for us. Also, it had an air conditioner, which was brilliant! Really recommend.

Property is clean and in a great location a few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. The Metro is directly there as well, so easy to get around Paris! Easy food and groceries around the corner ! What else do you need?
The apartment does have a flight of steep stairs, a great lil kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Beware the W/C is tiny; sink/shower does contain a W/D.! So many things useful in a compact space.
The apartment floor needs some repair and for anyone with sight or more walking disabilities , this needs to be handled. It’s a bit bumpy.
But the management company is aware of it and I’m sure it will be take
Care of soon.
Overall, a great apartment complete with air conditioning!
