Ideal location as a base to explore Paris with a family. You really couldn’t be much closer to the Arc de Triomphe if you tried. The Charles de Gaulle Metro station is literally on the door step.
The apartment is clean and tidy with all that you’d need for a family of 4.
Supermarket is about 5 mins walk - fresh croissants every morning!

The apartment was comfortable and well-located, We had easy access to public transport and local attractions, A straightforward and enjoyable stay,

Great location right by the Arc de Triomphe, cafes and eateries nearby, plenty of soft good quality towels (although no tea towels). The bathroom door was broken and very difficult to use, bathroom tiny and no hooks to hang wet towels. Rooms all smaller than the photos would suggest and the place was very dark, with light switches that had no lights attached, only separate lamps. The iron had ‘water’ in it which badly stained my trousers, ruining them. Overall somewhat disappointing, it saved by a great location.
