It is close to bus station and supermarket.
The pillow smells bad. The washing machine needs to be fixed. We did not able to wash our clothes because the washing machine was very loud.

La vicinanza con la metro 2 fermata di TERNES che ci ha consentito di spostarci in modo agevole e veloce verso tutti i luoghi di visita desiderati. Si trova inoltre in una via servita da molti supermercati dove si possono acquistare generi alimentari e di prima necessità. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e le immagini pubblicizzate sul sito corrispondono alla realtà.
Le temperature di Parigi durante il nostro periodo di permanenza sono state molto elevate e di conseguenza la temperatura dell’appartamento, non essendo dotato di aria condizionata (ma solo di due ventilatori) al rientro dalle nostre giornate di visita era abbastanza elevata.

The location, furniture and the modern feel of the apartment.
There was no soap for washing dishes, or for the dishwasher, only 2 coffee capsules for 4 people 3 nights. It was not a must but usually people do not travel with dishwasher soap. We had to buy more toilet paper cause there was only one and not even whole. The sofa was quite a puzzle to extend and the extra sheets were tucked away and we had to look for them. The upstairs neighbours were very loud - we could hear them walking around the apartment at all hours of the night.

Lo mejor de este apartamento es su ubicación pero estaba muy sucio y mal equipado
El apartamento estaba muy sucio cuando llegamos, las sábanas no parecían limpias, las juntas de la cerámica de la ducha estaban negras, la cocina estaba sucia, los interruptores y las ventanas estaban sucios. La cocina no está bien equipada, faltan utensilios, tabla para cortar, bol de ensalada, etc… no hay productos de limpieza ni sábanas de repuesto. El conserje fue reactivo para ofrecernos una limpieza pero no quisimos aceptarlo porque no deseamos ser interrumpidos estando ya instalados. El conserje nos trajo tenedores porque solo habían 2.
